My experience was great. The staff was very helpful patient and friendly. Egar to be of assistance. I was given the opportunity to work UCP and I really felt as though I was amongst family. I recommend UCP for your personal family physical therapy needs and more.

Ucp is a great company to work for and to be apart of they are a team that anyone would love to be apart of. Clients needs are put first and are treated as family. From the group homes to the classroom theres always a good positive vibe when you walk into any UCP building. Im UCP FOR LIFE. I have had the privilege of working with UCP OF NEW YORK TOO UCP OF GREATER CLEVELAND. I will continue too as long as they will have me.

United Cerebral Palsey is just amazing. The staff is always courteous and respectful. We all have the same goal...helping people. The staff feel like my second family although with the Coronavirus..things had to change a little. The supports are still in place just different for the well being of us all. Highly recommended

Staff and site supervisors are nothing but unprofessional and I have been nothing but disrespected and treated very badly from at least two site supervisors who no longer work there no names given. I have worked with UCP from 2008 to 2011 and never before in my life have I seen such a sorry excuse for a work environment than that of UCPs. I will never work UCP of Greater Cleveland EVER AGAIN.

Employees from front desk to cleaning crew are friendly. Therapists are supportive especially when helping with otherwise overwhelming needs.

The only time Ive interacted with this organization was when a few guests of my backyard wedding parked in their very large parking lot. The employees came out yelling and swearing at them to move their cars immediately or they would call the police. Simply asking the guests to move their cars wouldve been fine instead they verbally assaulted my guests. Very unprofessional.
