I have tried to reach the front desk for over 2 weeks during business hours finally got someone on the line then they transferred me when I need to schedule another appointment. Still no reply. Does anyone work here Email address at least This is probably the most unprofessional clinic in Richmond for those who are really in need of medicationsdiscussions on their health.

Until recently I was a patient here for 6ish years. Not a single thing has changed in that time. This office is consistently frustrating and borderline incompetent at times. I have no issues with the psychiatrist I saw. He was plenty good. But this office is bad. I dont think I ever had an appointment that was on time. I would arrive early and would always wait at least 15 minutes past my time before I was taken. On some occasions I had to wait 45 minutes.Additionally despite living in 2022 they still cannot do basic things like scheduling an appointment or updating insurance information online. You have to call them and then navigate through lots of menus.The reason though that I have given up on this place is that getting a medication refill is unnecessarily difficult. I have not changed my medication at all since beginning. For a while it was fine but as soon as I tried to change the pharmacy it was sent to things fell apart. I told them multiple times which pharmacy it needed to go to and they still messed it up. Then when I tried calling again to fix this problem I was told by the receptionist I had to schedule another appointment not what the psychiatrist told me. This kind of problem happens often and leads to me going weeks without my meds. Luckily my meds arent critical to me being able to function but they are helpful.All in all if you actually have mental health issues this is not the place to go. They will just make you feel frustrated.

I like my therapistdoctor but the office is a joke I have called so many times to talk to my doctor and always get the run around. Thats if they bother to answer the phone Every time I call about my meds or need to speak with my doctor I get transferred to her assistant whom I have never talked to or met. I always get the voicemail and never get a return call. Good luck if you want to become a patient here

I was previously a patient here and had to switch doctors but some how they couldnt do anything to help with moving the records and I basically have been working on starting from scratch since. If mental healthcare is so important to them I recommend rehabbing their entire administration department because if someone actually needs help or a doctor their receptionists do absolutely nothing to help anyone calling in.

If I could rate a 0 I would.The clinicians are ok I guess if you can ever talk to them. The office is completely dysfunctional and the doctors cant seem to be bothered. Once had to wait an entire month to make an appointment because their system was down for that long. Once I finally got an appointment no one ever picked up the phone. Rescheduled same thing.Dont bother.

I am not a patient but through helping someone close to me Ive been to the office several times have sat in on a few appointments and have called the office a few times all to facilitate getting prescription issues corrected.I am not the kind of person who freaks out when an honest mistake happens even when it ends up being an incredibly inconvenient one. Sometimes mistakes happen its how theyre dealt with that matters.Each time that Ive had to try to get a prescription issue corrected its been a major headache that ended up involving 4 or 5 phone calls to their office and 4 or 5 phone calls to the pharmacyall but 1 of the latter being told no we have not received any prescriptions from them yet.Its extraordinarily frustrating when its something that should be a priority and should be an extremely easy fix that takes 1 phone call to the doctors office and 1 phone to the pharmacy an hour or so later at which point theyd have received the prescription.There have been other little things Ive noticed that point to the office being organizationally dysfunctional but none of them on their own would have caused me to leave a review.The only reason Im leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is that from everything Ive heard and experienced the doctor is great at the actual patient work which obviously means a lot.That being said if the office is so desperately disorganized that it takes days to fix a prescription issueits hard not to let it take precedence when judging the establishments merits.

Maybe my experience is anomalous but I havent had any issues with scheduling appointments and getting my questions answered. Dr. Hall is a good psychiatrist who listens to my concerns.

Horrible money hungry facility Will involuntarily commit or TDO someone even if theyve answered all of the on call lazy half wit psychologists questions correctly and are unable to find reason to hold you so they pretentiously fabricate one. They strip you of your dignity self respect and undermine and diminish true reality just to make a buck while leaving a permanent stain on someones record and reputation for life. Same with the Chesterfield police who are too lazy to do their jobs when someone comes to them after suffering from PTSD and BWS from ongoing abuse. Their lack of education and their partnership with Tuckers and county revenue when it comes to mental illness or neurological disorders ASD and so forth justifies their not wanting to deal with said people. This kind of corruption is sad and morally gross

Dr. Hall is a great psychiatrist but the office is an absolute circus. On average you are waiting an hour for the appointment. The last appointment my son had they claimed they texted my phone to reschedule the appointment which I never got as I am waiting for Dr. Hall to come on again for an hour. There needs to be better management when it comes to the office and staff. PLEASE do not text when an appointment needs to be rescheduled. CALL like a normal healthcare facility.

Disgusting place. I had the pleasure of being switched over to Dr.Robin Jones from Dr.K and let me tell you. I dont know how this lady got certified. She has no knowledge of medications and her methods of medication management are unethical. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ROBIN JONES.I also haves asked for my medical records for the past 6 months and I have not received even a single phone call.You will be hearing my lawyer. And Im sure youll be hearing from other peoples lawyers when the DEA arrests Dr.Gould for being a pill mill. Either way karma will find you and close down your whole practice.
