My boys have been seen by Dr Baer since they were babies my youngest is about to turn 18 Whenever I had to make an appointment they always wanted to see Dr Baer. She listens to every word and nothing you say is wrong or the wrong question to ask. When the boys couldnt see her all the other providers were great tooHighly recommend

Dr. Chao is a very attentive caring and knowledgeable doctor. The whole practice is professional and helpful. We have been going to TriPeds with our 2 daughters for over 15 years. Highly recommend

I have been bringing my children here since they were 1 and 3 they are now 11 and 14 The office is not super close to our house but everyone there makes the drive 100 worth it. I do not have one bad thing to say about all of our years with this practice.

I chose them as I saw many good reviews online my newborn was losing weight and we were extremely worried as new parents but Dr. Banks and Chrissy lactation consultant established a plan and gave us all the tools to follow. Great bedside manners they answered all our questions. Place is clean. Front desk always ready to help. Highly recommended.

Our family has been seeing Triangle Pediatrics for the past 2.5 years and have been so happy with our experience. We primarily see Ashley Yoakum NP who is fantastic. She takes her time and makes me feel like were her only patients for the day. She has great clinical knowledge that she blends with the practical experience of being a parent herself. We have also seen several other providers including Dr. Chao Leigh Kathryn and Chris who are all very caring and knowledgeable. When we were facing a readmission for our infant to the NICU at a week old Dr. Chao chased down a missing lab result and called us well after hours and coordinated with the hospital to ensure we got the care we needed. The front desk staff is always friendly and timely. The nursing staff works so well with our kids and makes them feel comfortable. We have needed medical care for our kids more than I would have wished but every time I call for a fever or ear infection or stomach bug the office is always quick to respond. We have never had an issue getting a same day appointment as long as I call in the morning. They are a busy practice but it is obvious that they have worked to prioritize high quality patient care.
