I MISS ARROW year of 2017 checkin in I miss yall

My granddaughter Brittany Brodie was court order there in May 2021.However the staff allowed her to walk out the door on May 29 2021. Three staff members watched her open the door and walk away. They didnt stop her counsel or console her. Brittany takes daily medications and was supposed to have a one on one aide. She never got one. My 14 year old grand daughter is missing. Where is the compassion for our family. Arrow hasnt reached out to us really. Just one returned call from the social worker that I initiated so the above information about the incident was shared with me. Our family is worried sick where is Brittany Have you guys seen the news lately its frightening. We honestly thought Brittany was safe at Arrow. We were wrong

This place is the literal definition of hell no structure no order which ever person is the biggest per say runs the unit thats full of bedbugs and unsanitary conditions staff are highly unprofessional will put hands on you and even argue with you the food portions are barely enough to hold you to the next.. snack is a joke a pack of only 2 oreos Yea right staff will walk you directly outside and let a minor awol how this place is still running Ill never know needs to be shutdown IMMEDIATELY

This place is definitely not up to code. It is dangerously unsanitary the food makes you sick there are mice ants lice bedbugs and mold the staff come in sick and are very abusive towards the children there I even heard they came in with covid the safety codes are questionable at best ie if there was ACTUALLY a fire would the sprinklers even turn on Would the fire extinguishers even work and honestly physical fights that break out between two children arent stopped or resolved. Honestly the place needs to be shut down for violation of Food Health and Safety Laws and for violation of Child Protection and Safety Laws. It is an extremely dehumanising experience and I do NOT reccommend it to anyone nor would I even wish it upon my worst enemies. It is a fate worse than a fate worse than death.

Honestly wasnt that bad of a place. Felt like the bad girls club. Most of the female staff were childish and the male staff should be reconsidered as well... I dont think the facility helped me but i think it allowed me to help myself being around all those messed up individuals and for that im thankful. Over all i wouldnt ever send my child there personally but id love to work im a similar setting with at risk youth because it helped me that much.

I honestly think that this place is not bad the staff or only disrespectful if u do something to them first but the food is nastyI had a good time here this place taught me a lot of stuff

My daughter was placed there for 2 months for some of her issues was told it was extensively therapeutic. She saw a counselor twice in 2 months shes finally home sbd doing good however she brought home bed bugs. Do not use this place They need the health department called on them All of those kids living in fiflth and then not treating the facility for the bugs with all those kids living there.

As a former teacher there the level of abuse is insane. Students abusing students staff abusing students it is a horrific place. They barely feed the kids enough to survive the place is crawling with rodents and bugs. Bed bugs all the time. The kids dont get anywhere near the level of care and counselling they need they just drug them heavily and claim results. Kids always AWOL to the point the police dont even care anymore some gone months at a time. The management has no idea how to do anything other than save money. They wanted me to teach science with no access to books or science equipment and no funding to buy anything. Most of my paycheck went on stuff for my classrooms with no reimbursement. I ended up getting fired because my completely incompetent supervisor didnt file my paperwork to get my emergancy certification on time. My supervisor who showed up 3hrs a week if we were lucky and once advised me to withold pencils from the boys because they snapped some and then fail them for not being able to do the work.

Ive been attending Arrow Child And Family Ministries for almost 3 years now and I can safely say that if you want your kids to feel comfortable in a nice educated environment this school is probably not a good option for you. The staff here are very aggressive unprofessional and uneducated. The students here are as well but thats to be expected. My main problem with this school is the staff. The staff are pretty lazy and treat their students poorly for the most part. Some staff even want to fight the students if the students behavior isnt very good. But the truth is if youre going to work in a specialized school you should probably expect poor behavior from students and learn to control yourself. But these staff dont seem to know how to do that. Allot of these staff are very immature and use allot of profanity around students as well. I suppose if you want semi decent teachers and fairly easy work this school may be for you. But be prepared for these terrible staff that seem like theyre hired off of the streets. Ive dealt with this school for 3 years and it has been a nightmare. A fight will break out at least once a day and the staff arent very good at protecting students. Dont let your kid attend this school unless you want them to come home every day with a bruise. Also on the inside the school isnt very clean. Its pretty dirty for the most part with bugs and rats everywhere and the air we breathe in this school is very polluted and it stinks here for the most part. This isnt a huge problem but its just not very comfortable. Like I said before the Staff here are the main problem. The work here is fairly easy and doesnt normally go by grade level so if you are looking to actually get an education rather than just being pushed through grade levels this school isnt for you. The only positive thing I can say about this school is the teachers are at least decent. But the staff will leave students unattended curse at students and act very immature and unprofessional. They abuse children they are very violent and unprofessional. The school just literary prints out random work off of random websites. Everyday you have to fight as if you are in jail.some of the staff gamble with residents. Baltimore county police department parkvile prevent are call everyday for violence destruction of property abuse by staff AWOLs and theft every time they come they say they place should be shut down and the worst problem were the Bedbugs everyone had them I was depressed
