Very professional and very nice staff Nurses Ect. I definitely recommend this office

Called the office and the nurse line verified the office is open till 8pm on Wednesdays. Went into the office at 540pm and the front receptionist stated that the office was closed l closed already as the Drs make the decision to stay open or not. There are 3 doctors in the office and 1 would have been helpful. TCP should consider the area they have placed a location at.

Terrible staff if you miss an appointment they will reschedule you for the end of the monthAnd if you ask to see any available doctor they will reschedule you 2 month after claiming is booked ..You get there the place is EMPTY.The wait time for the doctor in the room is 1 hr ridiculous..Front desk needs to be friendly this ladies are rude and seem to be dragged to workHow can they have 5 stars

Everytime I come here I take 2 hours plus to leave. Ive tried coming different times of day and still have to wait 1 hour to see doctor and 1 hour to get kids shots. its ridiculous Someone needs to do something about this

Worst place if you need to seen for sick vist they never have appointments. I had a sick vist today at 920 got there at 9am waited waited the Dr never came at 940 checked mychart to see maybe I got the appt time wrong we already had an after vist summary in there mind you we hadnt seen the Dr the nurse said we were next but the Dr went to another room I just left worst experience ever and this has been going on for ever

Took my kids to this location and Dr. Gundlach was very informative and the staff was very nice and friendly.

I wish I could give NO STAR. Dr weight is nice but I cant tell much since we only saw her couple times staffs are ridiculous if ur child is sick better take straight to urgent care or ER I asked if could change and suddenly they were all booked all the front desk are not nice nurses are like robot only one nurse that was sweet and kind the rest they dont even smile my daughter always alwayssss cry when see them.. the only one she wouldnt cry it was one that I couldnt remember the name They act like mad if they decide to work with children they should have patience or find another degree I decided take my daughter to the urgent care bc she was vomiting and fever bc they couldnt even say bring her in 1 hour at least.

Very happy to have met Dr. Suzanne Hite. The visit was fantastic. She was informative and thorough. And gave me helpful information as a first time mother. Looking forward to a continued relationship.

Absolutely love love LOVE Dr. Wright shes so kind and attentive with my two kids. I have brought my oldest to her since he was a newborn and now is 7years old and never had a problem now I bring my 10month old and shes absolutely perfect. They love her and my oldest is always excited to see her.I truly recommended this pediatrician office 5

I have been taking my girls here since my 14 yr old Anastasia was an infant. I did the same with my daughter Jasmine since she was a newborn. I still bring Jasmine for her check ups other visits. Awesome very helpful staff. One of our last visits I had lost insurance coverage for my youngest. They worked with me to make sure I could keep my child in good health. I recommended this office to my younger sister as well as several friends. If a pediatrician is needed Texas Childrens Ripley House Pediatrics is a great choice.
