Doctor Kelly Phan she is awesome and very professional with my kids.

Totally recommend this clinic and doctorsDr. Quan has been taking very good care of my two kiddos for years. She is super nice to kids and patiently explains everything in detail to parents. And her judgement is always on spot My little one has some health issues and thanks to Dr. Quan my kid can always receive medical care in time.Im sad that we have to find another pediatrician because we no longer live in this neighborhood. If we were still living in the Uptown area Dr. Quan will be our first choice

I chose this location because when my baby was born it was a requirement to have a pediatrician chosen before getting discharged. I was not feeling well so I randomly picked this location. Here is my honest review about our experiences here not just once but all of the times that we have been here I have felt that there is a lot of bias toward race here. If you have blue eyes and blond hair you will get a noticeable warm welcome from the staff. Your child will get greeted by the staff as well. You will also be able to get seen faster. We are Hispanic and we never got a warm greeting there my baby was never greeted either and he was the patient. The nurses and staff are not friendly. After waiting 25 minutes with people going in that got there after us nobody acknowledged us to let us know what was going on. I work in healthcare and know that this is not the way to treat patients. So glad i wont be returning there not sure why it took me so long to look for another place. I do not recommend. Hopefully the staff can get trained on treating all clients equally.

I liked Dr. Assef the last time my son visited she made comments that wholly bothered me. I called today to make an appointment for my son because apparently it was not scheduled . I scheduled for the future after every visit No matter I made the appointment and I dont know if it was Ann or another lash but she rushed me off the phone and was VERY RUDE . I promptly called back and cancelled to take my son elsewhere Ive been recommended because I was driving from Katy to the galleria area because I did not want yo switch Pediatricians. I was blindsided by this treatment . These people are rude and very unprofessional sometimes other times I never speak to them so I guess I just never paid attention. I only have these two horrible experiences but the remarks and all hard on you when dealing with PPD . I wouldnt recommend.

Dr. Kerr and her team seem prejudice at the least. It wasnt a very welcoming experience .. not once. I dont recommend.

The office staff and Dr. Kerr are prejudice. Its noticeable in the care and how they respond to parents concerns. I would not recommend.

We adore Dr. Kerr Appointments are always on time the office is clean and the staff is caring.

My 2 daughters now 5 and 3 years old have been coming to Dr. Quan Nurse Zaida since they were born at the Pavillion for women. These ladies are beyond amazing They go above and beyond for their patients. They answer any questions I always have. Even at home when I message on the mychart. I get responses back right away I moved to Spring Tx but I will never change my daughters pediatrician Dr. Quan. It is worth taking that drive because I know they get well taken care of

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Quan The entire staff at my newborn appointment was friendly and extra caringreassuring. I am a first time mother who is full of concerns and everyone answered all my questions without hesitation. They offered my partner a diaper bag and formula to get me going and I cannot thank them enough for the exemplary experience. I felt safe with my child in their care and I look forward to them being my childs official pediatric clinic

Dr Quan is an absolute dream She is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I love that she is also a mother so she is very compassionate in that regard....

We love Dr. Quan and miss Zaida they both have the best bedside manners. I have taken both of my kids here since they were born and no complaints. She is the most caring and thorough physician ever. My kids comes nervous and upset but always leave happy. They always accommodate our needs if a sick visit comes up and involves us in all care decision making. I would highly recommend Dr. Quan and her colleagues at this practice as we have had to see some others when she was not available. Everyone is just so nice and caring.

Everyone at this office is amazing. My kids see Dr. Kadavil and we absolutely love her Weve seen all of the physicians there and it has been excellent every time. All of the nurses and front office staff are always so friendly and very helpful. We love it here and recommend our friends and family here. I couldnt imagine going to another physician or office.

My kids have been going here since we moved to Houston and before we even lived in the Galleria area. We would drive 30 minutes to get here. Dr Assef is...
