Texas Children's Pediatrics - Piney Point

3 star for the best doctor piney point location has. But very bad on call nurse service.Every time I call to check with doctor about my week old baby issues and get some suggestion Nurses will never pick up calls. I understand the busy schedule they have but I expect call back after couple of hours. But 24hours passed I still didnt receive any call. This is not the first time it happened its getting repeated.As doctors are good I dont feel like transferring my kids to other doctor.Hope after seeing this review they would be some change.

Dr. Elizabeth very professional and the staff very friendly. 100 care from Florida. She was recommended to me by my autistic son and I am very grateful to her. She knows how to treat her patients very well. Thank you.

Horrible customer services Every single time I call I am put on hold. There is also time that I go into the clinic because I dont live that far and when getting there everyone is always talking with one another and its ridiculous the time I have been placed on hold. Just like today I was placed on hold 8 times. That needs to change

Dr Danny is awesome. Hes always energetic while performing exams on my son and the nurses are friendly and professional.

I love this place love the doctors nurses and all other medical personel I am asking myself where have I been all these years they provide the best service Dr. Danziger thank you for all that you do my children enjoy their visits I would recommend this hospital anywhere everywhere to anyone you are doing an amazing job

I love doctor Johnson shes the best. Paula on the front desk is so rude. I dont even want to call for an appointment. Luckily I have been using my chart so I dont have to speak to her. Today I couldnt get on my chart. I called up once again the rude woman answered. I had to put the phone down. My child is sick and I dont feel comfortable calling. I think I am going to change doctors. Its ashame that its all down to one unprofessional receptionist PAULAUpdate reply- What an awful answer telling me to call the same number I said I didnt want to call. Great job at resolving the problem...NOT

Rude never on time 15 minute appointments take an hour and 30 minutes. Ridiculous wait times minimal empathy IF THAT. They hang up the phone before you can speak to someone. Never return calls from the after hours center nor the voice-mail. Just got called to the back at 1240 for my sons 1145 appointment where I expect to wait another 45 minutes to be seen. I ALWAYS have to stick my head out the door and say hellooooooo were still here waiting. Please dont forget about us At which point someone will come and take a temperature and then leave us to wait AGAIN I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE 3RD WEEK FOR A REFERRAL TO BE SENT. Done with this place

We have been using TCP since 2011 moved to the area and found an even more loving pediatrician who is practical and efficient with other peoples time Dr. Johnson is so sweet and caring super smart and intelligent. Not to mention she is beautiful inside and outside Cant not go wrong with her.

Today I experinced the worst treatment ever from the Workers at the desk. After reading the reviews i realized it wasnt just me who was treated with not only discrimination but blatant disrespect its sad that my child had to witness this at 11 years old. The heavyset hispanic young lady with the glasses needs to be reprimaned to say the least her attitude was horrible as was with Mary the nurse of who treated me this same EXACT way last year. I hate to say that Mary was acting this way due to my skin color but I would be lying. One great thing for all readers Dr Raine Johnson was the sweetest person to my Child too on all of our past visits despite my constant treatment sadly we will never return and I will make sure that I contact Texas childrens and discuss this as well.
