Texas Children's Pediatrics - Palm Center

This is such an awesome place. All the doctors are exceptional but my favorite is Dr. Desiree Evans. I will never forget how she treated me and my baby before she even met us. I called in to the location and explained my need for an appointment ASAP. Dr. Evans called me back and started scheduling my newborn appointments with specialists. I had left another location because I felt I was not being heard when I spoke of the challenges my newborn was having. She truly listened to my concerns and followed through. I can never repay her for all she has done to take care of all 3 of my children. As long as she is there my 3 kids will be there. Hands down the best pediatrician

Excellent staff and providers. Even when you have to wait unexpectedly to be seen the staff is pleasant and will keep you informed. Dr. Evans has an incredible bedside manner and medicine is truly her gift. She is attentive sharp and respectful to her patients and staff. The staff is professional and you can see their genuine desire to serve the community. Thank you TCPAPC Definitely recommend this practice.

I have been with Texas Childrens PediatricsMidtown for over 14 years. Today I finally was fed up with them and decided to switch. I absolutely hate change so Ive just been putting up with their mess. The best change I ever made. T.C.P. Palm Center Mrs. Tammy and Mrs Felicia greeted me with open arms It was truly a breath of fresh air. It had a different feel. The hours are great. I was able to make a smooth transition. The area was close to my job and my home. I had a bad taste in my mouth from the previous location but they changed my mind. With a police station being right next door and in the front lobby I felt very safe. They were clean my Dr. O listened they were very informative and very professional. I would most definitely recommend this clinic.

I love all the doctors here specially Dr. Mitchell Shes the sweetest I brought my first born here since birth and she is now 9 and my 2 yr old as well. Only reason why Im giving 4 stars was bc of the phlebotomist that helped us today. She was a bit rude due to my daughter being nervous about her blood drawn. Other than that staff and doctors are amazing

My kids have been patients here about 7 years now. Since before they moved over to this location. Weve seen Dr. Evans Dr. O and Mrs. Sonya. Love them all so we just go with whoever has the 1st available most of the time because they do stay full.

Horrible phone call experience. My mother called them about 7 times and the front desk lady kept declining her calls because my mother speaks Spanish only but understands little English. Once I call from my number she answers it. The front desk lady could have at least told my mother to call another day.

Worse phone call experience right off from the start they deny me we can work with an other patient he goes to Ripley house. He is in ur system.

I love this pediatric center. My favorites are Dr. Evans and Dr. O my kids love them they are like family they really care I been taking all my children there for years sincerely Ms.Cole and the Simpson

I absolutely Love this place As with ANY doctors office there will be waits but theres a board that informs of any wait times with each doctor. That way you can adjust your time accordingly. Plus I always schedule our appointments when I have a free day making the wait little to nothing for us. With that being said the professionalism care and concern Dr. Evans shows my daughter we adore her. The front desk staff have always been nice and cordial to me. Once we get to the back my daughter is treated as if shes the only patient there. We LOVE Dr. Evans and staff and look forward to many more years of experiences as always

I called to try to make my kids a well child check up since the beginning of February and they said I called to early in the month so I called after my baby birthday and they going to tell me they are full for March. I suppose to be calling later on this week to try for April. I will see how that go. I have been to this office before and didnt have no problem. But this time it was not so pleasant trying to get an appointment. But the good thing about it. It is really in a good location and have a lot of parking so r the doctors after u get pass booking appointments. They need to retrain the people who schedule they appointments. Can you say attitudes
