My newborn was denied services after just one visit by Denise Zertuche MD FAAP due to refusing the vaccination of several vaccines that my child was not at risk for at the time. Turns out many pediatruc physicians get a bonus from insurance companies etc when certain vaccination rates of children under 2 are met. Although not proven to be the case for Zertuche it was very odd for her to take such a stance over refusal. As a fellow health care provider it was disgusting for her to had kicked us out the door for making a conscious decision in the care of MY child.

We have been going to Dr. Greeley for 11 years now and really appreciate the support we get from her and this office. My kids feel comfortable going to the office and talking about their lives with the doctors. Over the years when an appointment with our doctor has not been available we have always had good experiences talking to the other doctors at the practice. The MyChart app is super useful for scheduling appointments and keeping track of information. The app can also be used to schedule Urgent visits after hours and vaccination appointments.

We have stayed here due to one of your doctors who is professional and empathic. You need to change or train your front desk workers. They are rude and not very helpful they are the reason why I often think of changing hospital.

We are very happy with our pediatrician Dr. Erica Davis. She is the main reason well maintain our relationship at this clinic. The nurses who help her clinic are also wonderful. We always feel welcomed and their service is top notch. The front desk staff on the other hand could stand to benefit from a course or two in service. They are robotic rude and dont present a welcoming attitude. Its a shame because thats really the only knock I have on this place. We never have an issue w parking. The interior is great for kids. This really is almost a 5 star rating. Someone needs to remind the desk workers - we the patients are the reason your job exists. If you dont like your job dont work there. Let someone else that wants to present a welcoming atmosphere and good service take your seat.

Getting a sick visit here is harder than getting a dinner reservation at a trendy restaurant. They have too many patients on their panel and not enough capacity. They either need to expand their practice or limit new patients. Weve been here for years and it routinely takes months to get well-child visits and multiple days to get a sick visit scheduled. Unacceptable

I love this clinic. My kids had Dr. Altobelli when I first took them there and she was the sweetest and a great doctor. Long story short she moved out of Houston. So they put my kids with Dr. Tholany and let me tell you she is just the sweetest kindest and has a gentle way of speaking to my kids love that about her highly reccommend Dr. Tholany GREAT DOCTOR.

Ive been going to their Urgent Care since they opened and always loved the staff and the care my kids got.So when our pediatrician left I decided to move my kids to TCHP in the Heights coming highly recommend. I specifically chose Dr. Zertuche because she was Hispanic and being Hispanic myself I was excited to have a doctor that spoke my native language not only to myself but my kids as well.I initially took my then 15 month old boy March 2022 to his check up and he got vaccinated. Mind you I was pregnant at the time as well. Next I took my two girls 7 and 8 to their annual appointment. Everything seemed fine although I did feel that we didnt truly have a good connection like I had with my previous pediatrician which I feel is important.Nonetheless I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and took my son again for his 18 month check up June 2022. I was now only a few days post partum. My 18 month old did have a minor burn on his wrist from being on his learning tower next to me while I made breakfast one day. I didnt seek medical attention because we initially didnt see a burn and he didnt cry. It wasnt til later that we saw it. I then treated it and covered it and it healed without complications.Well Dr. Zertuche said I NEEDED to seek medical attention for any burn on a child and because I didnt she took it upon herself to report me to CPS. I told her to contact our previous pediatrician to insure this wasnt a pattern. Or to keep a note in case this were to happen again but I didnt need to be reported. I told her a report to CPS are due to negligence or abuse I would know as a childcare worker we have to be vigilant about this. I was honest with her on what happened and it was evident it was an accident. Well she filed the report anyways and even told them that I allowed him to play with a real kitchen unsupervised.I was so grateful to have gotten such an understanding case worker that dismissed the charges. However having just given birth and dealing with the emotional stress for a newborn and being told youre abusing your children will forever carry its burden on my mind and heart. I get paranoid now that any bruise my child gets any doctor will report me and then have my kids taken away. Its a mothers worse nightmare when you want to trust their doctor.I cant speak for the other staff but I do suggest you thread lightly with Dr. Zertuche. Im sure her need to report me when a lot more than just my childs burn especially when she chose to change the story.
