Tandem Speech Therapy

The speech language pathologist Emily is doing such a great job working with my six year old. She makes it fun where its not a battle to get her to go. She also is really friendly about scheduling and doing what she can to make it convenient. If youre are looking for a good speech language pathologist I highly recommend her.

Miss Emily is the absolute best Speech Language Pathologist we could have hoped for Our son was severely delayed at 2 years old when we first met Emily and he has made remarkable strides under her guidance not to mention the fun he had playing and learning with her. Emily immediately made a personal connection with him and us accurately diagnosing him as a Gestalt Language Processor - something we had never heard of before. She came up with a dedicated learning plan unique to him and taught us tons of best practices along the way. The advancements he has made since we met Emily are well worth the time we spent with her. 1010 highly recommend

Emily is such a fantastic SLP We had a really bad experience with the first SLP we took our child too and I was very nervous to try someone new. Emily has given me so much confidence in helping my son improve his speech she doesnt just work with the child but also provides resources for the parents with easy to follow activities and strategies. We are so thankful for her knowledge and work and highly recommend her.

Emily Cohen is an amazing speech therapist. My son has ASD and his language delays are very severe but Emily is extremely patient and invested in his development. She allows me to be present during the sessions which is incredibly helpful to reinforce language stimulation during the rest of the week. Her at-home service is convenient and affordable and my son looks forward to playing with her every week.

Emily is a great speech specialist and was exceptional with my slightly late to the game 10 year old son. It can be hard for teachers of any sort to connect with kids this age but Emily did so with ease. She had my very reserved 5th grader chatting away about what he did on weekends and lego projects all the while working on technique and new skills. Emily did a great job keeping him interested and suggested homework that was very age appropriate.
