Absolutely rude staff especially nancy wall and Alicia. broken equipment such as the dishwasher washing machine plumbing among other issues. They dont let the clients use their funds like they claim they do when you get admitted. Medication system caused me to get glaucoma due to too much of one of my meds. The food there is so bad i would not feed it to my worst enemys dog. There are so many things wrong here. Id rather be homeless than live here. This place is run like a prison and feels like it all the time.

I just wanted do give your company a compliment to your caregiver Antoinette. Im a member of Christian New World Ministry. And she brings the girls every Sunday she is so wonderful patient with them. Theyre so well behaved. We love seeing them. I told her to keep up the good work now Im telling you. well see them all next Sunday.

Excellent program for my daughter

My son has been thru some ups and downs with this company. With Edward gone the new staff stole from my son. Valerie is no longer there she quit when my son told them his things were stolen. But they say it wasnt staff than who was it. Never had a problem the past 2 12yrs with Edward. New staff comes on things come up missing Who do you think stole it Im hurt my son has lost trust for this company. Now have to go thru a process to get his money to replace items stolen Nancy Wall puts up a wall each and every time when its a money request. We are looking to come home or a new company

They were my sisters Provider for something like 7 years. Never had an issue till she went into a different program within the company. Then the person in charge of this place was very unkind unfriendly. They definitely werent there for me and my sister when we needed them. Thank God for DADS stepping in to help. I went with a different Provider.
