Snip-its Haircuts for Kids - Needham

We are not going back there for sureMost of the people that work there are very very unfriendly Cant even understand how women like these got hired they dont care about the kids who are getting the haircut they treat them as statuesMy son was talking to the women whose cutting his hair for 5 minutes saying hes hurt and she didnt listen or even careDont take your kids there

I wanted to like this place but today was a pretty poor experience. we took our 3 year old niece for her haircut. For starters we felt extremely unwelcome here and felt more like a bother than a customer. Considering there were 3 employees and one child getting their haircut I was shocked at the attitude we got. I can understand if theyre busy but they were not.To make mattes worse they used a brush on her hair a very unclean brush. I must say this was a disgusting process. Unsanitary standards especially in a childrens hair cut establishment is not only wrong but helps to spread lice. The woman only took five minutes to cut her hair offered her an uneven haircut. If the customer is saying it is uneven you shouldnt argue with them and simply fix it. Way over paid for this. Will never be coming back again. Also I suggest perhaps passing by with a broom more often.

Terrible experience. The stylist screwed up my childs hair and said oh now you have to let it grow back and also said it happened because she moved . Im sorry you cut her hair in less than 5 mins without even letting my child settle down. Just give them 2 mins to settle down . This was awful. Never coming back here again. She also rudely told us not to take back home the toy my child was holding.. are you serious We are not stupid we get that. She was just holding it. This was a bad experience. No comments on other stylist who could be nice but she definitely wasnt.

Really disappointing experience with our sons FIRST haircut today. It was VERY rushed zero help in making it easy on the little guy the stylist didnt even use water on his tangly hair and just combed very roughly through tears. Very much regretting choosing snip-its for this first haircut experience

We used to go to another location which was awesome. Dad took them to Needham today. The stylist here ruined my daughters hair. The cut was so bad uneven lengths blunt bangs flaps in the front and unsalvageable in the backlegit a triangular chunk removed. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. My 2 year old son just got a haircut and we were utterly disappointed with the demeanour of the staff member. It felt she just wanted to finish the job without any consideration for the comfort of the child. Despite me asking the hair dresser to give my son a moment to settle down she didnt care but just went ahead with the hair cut which was also sub par. If you guys advertise that you specialise in childrens haircut then you should live up to the claim.

I just moved to the area and drove 20minutes to get to the Needham location assuming I would get an excellent experience for my 20mo old toddler. This was his second time having a haircut. I asked for a trim and he ended up with his hair chopped. She was clearly in a hurry and I didnt realize how horrible it looked until we got home with his hair thoroughly dried. He will be attending his brothers graduation with a hole in his hair now. I reached out for a refund and still waiting for someone to get back to me.

We just relocated here and my daughter is always terrified to cut her hair and she is a big 9yo. She is very sensitive when her hair got touched. We met Debbie for the first time. I cant say enough about her patience support and her way to get closer to my daughter without pushing her or stressing her out. We came back second day to cut her hair short and Debbies flexibility and kindness really something that you cant find easily out there. Lisa gave my son a horrible haircut. Seems like she doesnt know how to cut hair at all unless its super short. The photos speak for themselves. She just started chopping off hair with no means to the method despite the fact that I showed her pictures of what I wanted and that he was just in need of a trim.
