Signature Health - Maple Heights

I have been going to signature health off and on for years they have also have had great people who work her over the year who helped me in may ways Dwayne was really helpful Stephanie was really helpful Tiara ken halt is super nice and actually let you talk and gives great feedback as a Counselor my nurse Kerry is super cool too shes real chill my doc is great too Miss Janetta she was cool too she was I guess counselor she did group she was a blast kept it real all the time I love this place even when it was in Garfield Heights

You cant be 5minutes late or the doctor will leave you waiting and see someone else instead of you and you wont be able to get any help. Thats how bad they are Am praying for help with them.

I have been coming to this location since 2017 and never had any issues. My quality of life has greatly improved because of this place

Counseling services are great but I have had nothing but bad experiences with the psychiatrists. Unprofessional and always late. My latest appointment was cancelled without noticed I called. After waiting over an hour and they acted like it was my fault no one sent me the link for the virtual appointment. Now I have no meds cant get a refill and have to wait until January for my next appointment. Love my therapist but avoid getting psychiatric help is possible. Im not the only person who has had issues like this that I know of personally.

Ive used this place for mental health for about 7 years now and started using it for primary care about 2 years ago. I used to love this facility and the fact that they were efficient and could usually get a same day appt or same week at least. Not the case anymore everything is MONTHS booked out so theres no SICK appts and the staff is rude as hell. Honestly I have no idea how this place is still open.

They have given me my life back with treatment. I have been going here for years. Great people.

Terrible service. The walk-in appointment time slots are not consistent with the websites. This was my second time being unable to book an appointment here. Very disappointed.

If you want help with your mental health dont come here. They could care less and will make the whole process as hard as possible for you.Edit this place just gets worse the longer I am here. The doctors have attitude and the nurses have attitude the pharmacy has attitude. Adam brown is a jerk and lashara is belittling and will try to treat you like a child. Maple heights office no good Lakewood office even worse.

Signature Health has all inclusive care and pharmacy wrapped into one They are amazing truly wonderful

I have been under Dr Elizabeth Carrolls care before in a different facility before she transferred here and she is the best doctor I could have ever had. She listened to all my needs and how important it was for me to eliminate some medication side effects and select a better treatment regimen. With her care I was able to change therapies to something that did not affect me so much with side effects that I did not wish to deal with no matter what. She has a great ear and listening skills. She also has great empathy for her patients. With her it felt like she actually cared about me. She was different. She made me feel I mattered. And that my opinions and decisions in my care were important too.Regarding Signature Health in general - it is a great organization. I wish they took non-govt assistance insurances also. Im sad that I may need to change my doctors soon.
