Seattle Therapy - Skills for Life

Highly recommend. Therapists are wonderful facility is fantastic. My little one felt like he was coming to play not a drtherapy appt. Therapists do great job of meeting a family where they are.

Great location with an excellent gym area but the therapy sessions were very loosely designed with no clear goals set. I observed my sons sessions as well as others at the open gym area. When compared to other therapy places we receive services from this place is below average and over priced for the services they provide with their minimum number of session policy per month.

My 12 year old son has been coming here for 7 months and he says its cool. I like the gym and playing games.Working with his Occupational Therapist weekly has allowed him to be more flexible in his communication. Hes also worked through some sensory issues that allow him to be more comfortable in life

We have been clients for a couple years. Our child really looks forward to attending each week and adores the people we work with. He has made significant improvements but its slow and steady. It has taken time and effort and consistency. We are big fans of Seattle Therapy.

We have been very happy going here for a few years. My kiddo learns so much and looks forward to going all week. The OT and speech therapists are kind knowledgeable and supportive of neurodiversity. The play-based activities are geared specifically to my kid and his interests. They also have helped us with public school - identifying classroom-appropriate useful supports for our kid and sharing helpful resourcesinsights for teachers. Would recommend to anyone

My husband and I are thankful to have Seattle Therapy helping our son. He connects and really likes his therapists. Staff members are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I take the child I nanny for here every Friday to see Sam and he is amazing I have seen such a great improvement in my childs social skills and ability to communicate his feelings to me his family and his peers. He has greatly improved on self-regulation and working with others as well.

My daughter does speech therapy here and they are amazing with her. They supported her well when she didnt yet know any English and are still supportive of her bilingualism which we didnt find in other speech therapy settings. Her therapist makes her feel instantly comfortable and she wants to talk right away telling her about everythingMy daughter is also extremely independent and a very physical learner in fact has trouble being still and they are so creative and flexible working within that constraint.We have a set of formal goals that we review about every three or four months and my daughter is usually achieving them and setting new ones within that time frame which I am very satisfied with. And they work so well with me as the parent too- empowering me to help her and follow through at home. Great work

Seattle Therapy skills for life is amazing They have helped my sons learn valuable skills such as handling big emotions calming their bodies to stay safe making good choices improving focus and fine motor skills. All the therapists are fantastic and are truly invested in seeing kids thrive. My kids LOVE going to therapy

Seattle Therapy staff are experts in the field. They truly understand our autistic kiddos I continue to be impressed with their patience dedication and outside-the-box thinking when attempting to provide support in my sons areas of need. Our OTs and SLPs are positive trustworthy and professional. My child looks forward to their weekly interactions. In the past weve struggled with therapists believing my kiddos demand avoidance and executive functioning deficits were due to motivation instead of disability. Also they are one of the few locations that provide comprehensive independent educational evaluations Highly recommend.
