Where can I start Ms. Terry has been an angel for our family. She has worked closely with my family to help my cousin receive services and support for his mental health. She goes above and beyond to ensure he is taking the necessary steps to maintain his mental health and is very patient with him. My cousin responds well to her. I just want to express my gratitude and say thank you to Ms. Terry for all of her time and help.

Just want to write this review on the behalf of a young lady name Ms. Terri B who has a beautiful and pleasant jolly spirit about herself. and always smiling throughout the work she does at a place such as PIW I work in the field and clients always telling me about a young lady name M. Terri is so helpful.

This place helped my family member. It was totally a different experience compared to a private payed facility. They did a great job in stabilizing my family member. I really appreciate the doctors case managers and Nurse Bisi in unit 3. Thank you so much.

Our loved one couldnt have landed at a more caring and professional place. Thank you Dr. C. case worker Daniel and all the staff for your expert and compassionate care and for your constant communication throughout the process. With us being hours away from our loved one in crisis you made an extremely stressful time actually manageable. Cannot recommend this facility more highly

I just want to thank Mr. Philip Jones for all of his help with my sons progress. Whenever I called him to check on my son he always answered my calls and when didnt answer he always returned my call. Im thankful that my son got to meet you and I know that he will never forget you. Thank you again Mr. Jones.

I brought my teenage son in for an evaluation that was recommend by the his school. I was A bit nervous at first cause we have never been through a process like this before. While in the intake department I had the pleasure of meeting a great young lady name Shay who walked me through the whole process. Once after talking to her i was at ease with letting him stay for the services. I want To thank PIW for helping me and my son get to a better place with our relationship and communication.

I HAVE TO PERSONALLY THANK Ms. Terri Bordeaux for all she does for my son. If I ever need help or have a question in regards to him she is always there. I have never met her in person but she has to be a good person if my son trusts her enough to share his thoughts and concerns. She is a real one with a heart to help people. I had a great experience at P I W I got a lot out of the substance abuse groups. Ms Terri and her team were awesome. Julia came and referred me to a great Dr. when Ms. Terri asked her to come and see me. Dr. Odell really care about her patients.

I have been to P I W Several times and I must admit the staff that holds the groups are very good at what they do and Chauntel holds the best group. Ms Terri is awesome and so down to earth. She really care about the residents and she directed me to some great out patient services.

That place was great I learned a lot about the process of staying drug free the groups on drugs was the best part of my stay. Ms Terri was great and helped...

I know this institution doesnt get all the credit they deserve because of the people they help but my teenage daughter was in crisis and when the school told me to take her there. They placed me in a room with a nurse who helped us via zoom. The experience was very different and efficient.. I think all the people we met who helped with the assessment were very supportive and helpful.

This was a short stay for me but the staff was nice even though I was mean to everyone I gave Ms Irvin the blues and I am so sorry cuz she still was nice to me
