Proud Moments ABA - Baltimore

Im only giving 2 stars because the person who did the tour with me was nice. The site was nice I appreciated how many treatment rooms they have for the kids but was very disappointed with how some of the staff was dressed. I get being comfortable to be active with the children but a staff member had on a hair bonnet which blew my mind. I was so disgusted seeing that. Its a way for staff to be dressed comfortable and professional and unfortunately this center didnt show that. Overall it just didnt feel like a place I could see my daughter thriving at with her autism diagnosis. It seemed more like a daycare facility than a ABA school. The second I walked out the door It felt like a breathe of fresh air knowing I wouldnt be enrolling my kid there

I loved working here and was very impressed with my supervising BCBA and my previous client. The only reason I left the company was because I had a baby. I still speak highly of Proud Moments.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is soooooooo unorganized My childs tech was so inconsistent never showed up to work called out for weeks at a time then had then nerve drop him same day no warning no nothing. But that tech is still employed with a new child. They had assigned my son somebody temporary until they were able to find my son somebody permanent which now is coming to an end as well which was something we were not informed of we were under the impression the temp tech would be with him while they got a new tech for him which according to them can take up to 6-8 weeks. It has not been 6-8 weeks and here it is again and they are dropping another tech from my child My son was doing good at first until the inconsistency started happening but now that its soooooooooooo hit or miss with his time hes declining. However I do love his BCBA shes very good and she advocates for my child a lot If I could take her away from proud moments and take her to my childs next location I would. Go at your own risk I hope what happened to my child and my familys experience doesnt happen to you all.

I love the staff Proud Moments staff that works directly with my daughter Bri Gehnet and Alexa keep me posted on the progress of my daughter and ways to reinforce her progression at home.All staff are very supportive and pitch in with milestones and goals .I would definitely recommend their servicesThank you Proud Moments

My daughter has been attending Proud Moments for several months and has made significant improvements. I love Proud Moments for my daughter and Im glad that I found them. Not only are the staff personable but the treat my daughter very well.

Started working here about 3 months ago and the knowledge I have gained by not only my center supervisor but the bcbas has been incredible. Coworkers are great and getting to know clients has been wonderful. The facility is large and full of tools to help teach while still being fun and engaging.

Great to work with. They stick with you through the journey and are always providing you with tips on managing your child at home. They even work with my sons teacher on strategies on improving his behavior and social skills in school.

I have seen a lot of improvement in my Childs behavior since he started the ABA program at proud moment. My son is now able to imitate actions seen either from us or on TV and were impressed so far with his learning experience at the center.

My son has been come here for the last month and i already see improvements. The staff is great and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommended

Amir and Asim started July 2022 and this has become our extended family. Great service and care for kids on the spectrum. Highly recommend
