Dr Brunson and the doctors and nurses here have taken great care of my two sons. Im happy to call them my sons doctors and Dr Brunson was even my husbands doctor when he was a child. When my son was sick they got us in very quickly and he felt better in no time couldnt ask for better doctors.

Staff is professional and friendly. Ive always been able to make an appointment even the same day if needed

Ive been taking my kids here for years. The staff is wonderful. We are always seen very quickly. They are one of the only offices I know where I can get a later appointment that doesnt require me to take off work. Weve moved and I drive an hour to go there because the distance is honestly worth the headache they save me from.

I love the staff Dr. Brunson has always been so amazing and helpful in every situation that has come up with my children. I really feel like she has the best interest for my family. I highly recommend them

I love the doctors and staff Everyone is so kind and they are always available when needed. Appointments are always easy to get and they even have later hours during the week. You may have a little wait in the office but that is because the doctors never rush you during your appointment. They always take their time to make sure they address all your questions I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatrician in the Northern KY area

Office staff is very kind and helpful. We had a late afternoon sickness arise on a Friday and the office stayed open a little later for us. We LOVE Nurse Nelm She spends a lot of time going over things and treating the patient.

Love this practice. Dr. Ferree-Chavez is the best. So is Nurse Nelms. I dont know what I would do without them.I never wait longer than 15-20 minutes. They are always able to get me in for an appointment. Everyone shows real concern for my child. I cant tell you the number of times Ive called them crying and they are always so kind. Highly recommend

Had to wait an hour after our appointment time before they brought us back. The nurse couldnt figure out how to even work the thermometer. It took three different times to get any kind of temperature and two different thermometers. Then the doctor wouldnt even put gloves on for anything. They have no sinks and the hand sanitizer was completely out in the room so their hands were not clean. Then on the way out the nurse who checked us out couldnt even find my kids name on the computer.

It is truly unfortunate that I have to leave this 1 star review because my sons doctor Dr Allison Chavez is absolutely wonderful. She is just amazing. But a member of the nursing staff expressed her frustrations out on my 2 year old son with needles. We were kept waiting for over an hour to simply see a nurse for shots and multiple people were called back that signed in after us. I politely asked why and was told that the nurses were scrambling back there and it wouldnt be long. Okay 20 more minutes pass. My husband was getting frustrated and was complaining to me about it in the lobby and I guess a nurse heard it. Regardless i dont care how frustrated you are you dont take it out on an innocent child. She didnt clean the site of the shot properly and forcibly jabbed the needle in and jerked it out sideways. My son bled profusely. Without missing a beat she jabbed the second shot into the same injection site with the same force. My son is bruised and couldnt stop bleeding. The nurse was rude from the beginning there was just no excuse for that treatment of a child just because she was annoyed. He bawled his eyes out for hours. We took pictures of his bruises. Never EVER has a shot left a mark and a bruise like this. That nurse should be ashamed of herself. We will not be taking our boy back there again.

I have been bringing my kids here for over 12 years now. Amazing doctors and staff. They know all four of boys almost as well as I do. Just amazing. Thank you
