Made an appointment weeks in advanced. Took off from work and lost wages. Doctor decided to cancel the appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment. Unprofessional business practices. I now understand the bad reviews.

If I could give this place less than a one star I would. I would have to call about 8- 10 ten times in order for someone to answer the phone and when they transfer me nobody will answer. I left a review and gave them one star and the office manager called and threatened me stating that I need to take the review down or my child could not be seen at the office anymore. She didnt ask me what the problem was or how she can fix it. I told her about my problem on my own accord and she basically didnt believe me. She stated I doubt that will happen. Dismissing my feelings. Then I went to my appointment and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor and then he answered a personal call in the middle of my appointment. The staff doesnt care and the office manager is even worse. So happy I am done with those people. The office manager thought she was doing something when she threatened me but it didnt do anything but make me write a more in-depth review. Hopefully there is a cooperate that I can speak to as well. Hopefully the office manager can learn how to be a manager instead of a dictator.

A good relationship over 9 years with a great doctor has been ruined by rude and unprofessional office staff. I have even brought this location business with my circle of special needs mom from my church. I have been taking my daughter to see this doctor longer than the length of time the office staff has even been employed here That should say a lot. I will miss the day one staff that we had the pleasure of knowing at the Boynton location before it closed. The reviews are true this location is not professional and Ive been dealing with it since the start of the COVID era years ago but for the sake of my child and the doctor Ive kept things tight until today. I could no longer bite my tongue and as I spoke up for myself and tried to her clarification due to them obviously not being updated I was rudely dismissed. When I dished back the energy given to me I was considered aggressive. I literally had to turn my back on the rude assistant so she could stop yelling at me. I am more relieved to part ways than to hold on to a toxic relationship. I wouldnt recommend a bug to even be seen here Dont waste your time coming to this location this is a warning. Save yourself the trouble and find a highly recommended location.

Please be very careful special needs mommies and dads. Your childs health and wellness is not the priority here. Please read the reviews. You can see the response is to blame parents. You can show up on time pay the bills be nice to staff and follow the Doctors instructions. The one time you get placed with the PA who does not have time to review questions with you and is not happy with your questions or that you want a second opinion you will be referred to the office manager to call you and you be treated very rudely. You can see it in the reviews. Also I had my sons experience of his medical issues shared without my permission and it was full of inaccuracies. I gave the MD that saw us for years without concerns the opportunity to correct this and he refused. Very unfortunate that moms of children with special needs have daily battles with their child and then a medical provider just pushes them aside so very easily. Even if you are a parent on time never curse at them yell at them they cant take constructive feedback without dismissing you. VERY SAD for the kids that need real medical help.

This is the first and the last time that I would be going there. Dr. F seemed very unprofessional he kept coughing from the beginning to the end. He didnt even bother to wear a mask specially knowing that I have my 3 year old boy in front of him. It seemed that the presence of my son bothered him. He didnt want him to touch anything. He threw him a ball and he labeled him right away. This diagnostic was very important for me as a parent so I can find a better way to help him as much as I can. He made me feel hopeless and disappointed. I just felt he was in a rush to fill out some papers and to get rid of him as fast as he could. They misspelled his name. I mentioned it at the front desk she didnt even bother to correct it and on top of that they told me the Dr said there is no need for a follow up. In the Drs words he said there is no magic pill to cure your son. I felt devastated and crying all my way home. Anyway cold hearted I will definitely look for a caring Dr. who cares for my wonderful and amazing son.

Dr Liu talked at lengths with me addressing all the questions and concerns I had- giving me the pros and cons of each option theories. At times it felt like he talked in circles and I wished he was a bit more direct so that I could follow a little better. Nonetheless he was worth the drive. I walked away feeling very supported and empowered. He gave me more resources I needed for my daughter which was a concern I bought to him. Im glad to have his support in such a sensitive time. I found his bedside manner compassionate and concerned. Thank you Dr Liu Looking forward to a better future for my daughter.

From my personal experience I feel as though the Dr. Flasterstein just wanted to push medication on my son. I am still waiting to hear back from the doctor to discuss alternative methods of treatment. The doctor never talked about side effects I did my research and was like no the side effects are too great. I wanted to find out why the seizures were happening instead of just putting a bandage on it and risking my son being deeply impacted by the side effects of medicine. In my opinion this doctor lacked compassion and empathy and the fact that he wouldnt respond to me wanting to know about alternative treatments says a lot about him.

We saw Dr Flasterstein. Hes an excellent physician. My son loves him. Hes kind compassionate. Definitely recommend.

I take my 2 kids 5 and 3 years old to this practice. We see Dr. Liu and he is amazing. I feel like he really listens and helps come to a conclusion of treatment that he approves of but also I feel good about. The office staff has always been nice and my kids love the little prize or sticker after. Definitely recommend this practice especially Dr. Liu.

Best place ever Staff was patients and so informative and dont get started about the DOCTOR. He was AMAZING made you feel so calm and welcome God bless them all
