I cannot thank the staff here enough for such a wonderful experience. I have three children and am always welcomed with a smile and am helped quickly. Everytime I call I get an answer and if there isnt one I leave a voicemail and receive a call back the same day. No matter the issue or illness they are always sweet and informative. Lance has been phenomenal with my kids always making them laugh. He is so personable and answers any questions I have willingly. When the walk in clinic went away I was so bummed because that is the mainly reason I came here from wooster but since I have needed same day sick appointments and they have been amazing getting me in

New patient walk in appointment first impression. My 20ish month old son previously saw Dr. Stevenson at OSU pediatrics in Hilliard. Also before having my son I worked as a patient care coordinator and then an ophthalmology technician so Im very familiar how medical offices operate especially in Columbus. We recently relocated to a small town east of Marion and I wanted to find a private or independent practice for my son and future daughter who is due in July.My son ended up having what I suspected was a really nasty eczema flare. I called PCoAM and the receptionist was very bubbly. She explained that although they did not have any available appointment they do accept walk in appointments which I honestly have never heard of. She explained I just needed to bring in the insurance card and drivers license and either fill out the new patient paperwork online or when we arrive. I verified with my insurance that they were in network and filled the new patient paperwork out online that night. All of which was a snap.Today I took my son in fully expecting grumpy staff because we were walking in just after 1030 am and I figured with being a walk in there would be a very long wait and also a chance we couldnt be seen before they went to lunch. I was completely dead wrong. The front desk was extremely sweet and actually engaged with my son as we checked in. We were directed back immediately and even taken to a room fitting a 20 month old complete with a fire truck exam table which he loved The MAs working him up were very nice and the NP that saw him treated him as a toddler needs to be treated patience a soft voice and engaging with him during being checked over.I can honestly say that I was extremely surprised and look forward to the positive experiences to come

We have been here for years. Unfortunately our time has come to an end. They can never get anything straight. Each doctor says something different. I loved it when we first went there but the doctors are so rude now. They have no bedside manners. They just want you in and out. They dont care

I called the on call services. Tried to avoid the germ infested ER with medical fragile child. We had Lydia Redick told her what we were experiencing. Flat out told me she dont know my child and is not comfortable helping her . And how they are not permitted to call in any prescriptions while on call. Pretty much said to go to the ER or go into the office tomorrow. If we had waited to go to the office the next day. My kid would have been siverly dehydrated Nothing was staying in. We dont even go to the office we always zoom the Dr.

Will not ever take my son to Pediatric Consultants again. Scheduled an urgent appointment in one of the open time slots and still waited for 40 minutes only to then be told the doctor is still at the hospital by one of the nursing staff. All this after I took time away from my job to take my son in. And was told no other doctor could see me because they were too far behind so Id have to reschedule. And they STILL charged a copay. Ridiculous wait times are a regular occurrence and the doctors are so booked out that they do not spend time with their patients or their parents. Dont waste your time or energy with this office. There are other local Pediatric offices that are happy to see your kiddos.

They saved my daughters life What I thought was a cold or flu actually turned out to be Steven Johnsons syndrome This could be fatal if not caught in time. They sent us to NWC that evening She spent Two weeks in the hospital before coming home. thank you for the staff who helped me help her. I will never go anywhere else. Ms. Martin is phenomenal

Ive had the worst experiences with this place Both locations. Average wait time for scheduled appointment this is waiting room time is over an hour Today I showed up at 434 pm 4 minutes past walk-in time and was denied service. Here I stand with two very sick kids only to be denied service because of 4 minutes Are you kidding me Not to mention the waiting rooms were empty I will NEVER go back to this place

If you plan on exclusively breast feeding....stay away from the CNP Melinda Harpster. She has NO idea what she is talking about at all She is telling my daughter that the baby should be pooping after EVERY feeding. She argued with my daughter about the babys weight. My daughter told the CNP that NO she gained 1.5 oz because she weighed 7.1 three days ago. She is telling my daughter to feed five minutes per breast and to keep switching back and forth every 5 minutes till baby is full WHAT Really She is completely trying to sabotage my daughter breast feeding her baby Pushing formula twice now. I breastfed my son and I know better than all this quackery. Thank god I know about breast feeding and that my daughter has a good lactation consultant on hand They need to get this woman out of this office immediately.
