Pediatric Associates - Hialeah

Doctor Diana is hands down the best pediatrician I have ever met. She makes me and my baby feel comfortable and she really knows how to explain things. Shes very caring towards my baby and treats her with so much kindness i strongly recommend her.

Dr. Yilda Mayo is unprofessional. We were first appt. of day at 745am. Nurse triaged quickly. We waited 50 minutes before doctor arrived. I understand things happen traffic etc. but 1 the office should have the courtesy to advise me in real time and provide an offer to remain or reschedule. The doctor noticed I was waiting for her - she stood outside the room an additional ten minutes what appeared to be intentionally delaying before entering. She finally came in 50 min after initial appt - FIRST app. of day in morning and not even an apology. I work just like her time my time is valuable. Have the decency to apologize at minimum. Not surprised. Customer service at these shops are always subpar. DO BETTER. This was Miami Lakes branch by the way. Had to input here bc previously share negative experience at Miami Lakes.

I love this place I think is full of great professionals and capacitated they take serious care of our babies.

Worst experience Ive ever had. We had the appointment at 855 . I waited until 1040 am to ask the staff after seeing all patients that came after me left the office because they have been taken care of. I decided to ask how long it was gonna take them to take me in at this point my son was already tired.NOTHING just the lady from front desk told me i was the next one . I sat and saw more people getting in and leaving and i was STILL WAITING FOR 1 MORE HOUR . 1130 amand they passed me to a room after i complained how long they were going to make we wait and when i got there waiting for the doctor they asked me TO DO ALL PAPERWORK AGAIN like i didnt check in from the beginning . So unprofessional very disappointing how this office managed patients and just one girl inside the room apologized. Never coming back to this office the way they manages times probably work for them . But for me as a mom Who also has OTHER APPOINTMENTS THAT WORK ON SCHEDULE THE SAME DAY was a complete nightmare. I ended up being out of that office at 1230 like how in the world you have an appointment at 855 and you got out almost 1 PM Not counting that i missed his dentist appointment that doctor always WORK ON TIME and we were supposed to be there by 1130 am . Do not come to this office unless you want to waist your whole day .and i put one star not because i wanted or they deserved it . I put one star because google doesnt let me put minus 0

So far I am very pleased with the treatment my baby girl and I have received. The doctors actually love their job so they treat my baby girl with kindness.

Worst pediatric associates I scheduled an appointment for my sick son at 945 we arrive at 930 per text it says to arrive 15 mins before your scheduled appointment as I wait its already 1015 and still havent been called they tell me well sometimes the doctor takes a little extra time with their patients and I still have someone in front us in order to be seen 1030 I finally get pulled into a room to wait longer and still no doctor as Im typing this all they can say is my next I understand waiting to be seen by the doctor but to wait an hour and half and still not be seen is insane to me and still no doctor as of yet.

Dr. Verdecia is an exceptional pediatrician. She demonstrated remarkable thoroughness during our recent visit addressing all our concerns with care and expertise. She made us feel comfortable with her friendly and professional manner. We left feeling confident and grateful to have her as our childs doctor and we wholeheartedly recommend her to other parents seeking outstanding pediatric care.

Dr. Murillo is the best by far. Her commitment and passion for kids and their health is tremendous Shes been our daughters doctor since he he beginning and we plan to keep her forever.

The doctor Diana in this location is amazing. I have never experienced a doctor so heartwarming and lovable towards children. This doctor has shown my children that it is okay to visit doctors offices. And shes also been an amazing doctor for my son. Who has not been diagnosed yet but might Its difficulty and learning the soccer is very patient and Im very happy with the staff also they take their time and letting the parents know exactly what forms it to be filled out with a nicely kindly matter. I would go above and beyond for this staff at the Hialeah department. And I really really say thank you to all of you for being extra lovable and extra patience with me my babies

I am one that ran as far away as possible from the Miami lakes pediatric associates due to the long wait times and the always busy wait room to where we drive all the way to quiet chapel trail. But in desperate need of an appt I was scheduled to the Hialeah office where I will now most definitely come back and may even transfer back to our local area. From the staff in the front all the way to the nurses in the rooms to the doctors we were greeted with kindness endearment and above all courtesy of our time. It was honestly very nice given the stigma that its in the heart of busy 49th Street. I am a hialeah girl at heart and love Hialeah but honesty is that the stigma is always crowded long wait times and attitude. We got none of those things and it was such a pleasurable experience. This review was a no brainer for me when prompted to leave one. Keep up the great work Hialeah office. We will be back.
