Well since I dont expect to hear from them ever again I guess Ill write a review of our experience...My spouse and I have been working with PBS for over two years. Our child I is autistic and previously has had treatment through Early Intervention. Our first BCBA was T and...Shortly after that BT Y joined the team. FF-- T left and BCBA M took their place. M and Y worked very well together but the main problem was that since M was remote and was kind of just another talking head on a laptop I would think it was funny to turn them off. So as helpful as M was it wasnt like having someone in person I think its important to add that Y... Y is basically able to handle any situation that comes their way. Just with our kid alone Y has done such a great job. I want to write them a letter of recommendation but...In late September of 2022 BCBA K took over for M. The former was able to meet with us and Y in person and it really made a difference. I started to improve in everything they measured and from my observation he improved exponentially. It seemed like every other week it was like Well hes mastered this and hes mastered that... It was like trying to keep up with new things for him to learnmaster.K and Y working together with our son will be the reason why hell turn out to be the wonderful human being I know he will be and I know they see it in him too. Its too bad a misunderstanding led them to be removed from his life...

The management is mindful supportive and encouraging. The staff is hard-working patient and kind. PBS is a heartening group of individuals dedicated to giving their clients great service. Questions and concerns are met with professionalism and timeliness. I would recommend this corporation to anyone who is seeking services as well as anyone seeking work as a therapistsupervisor.
