No one will contact me regarding my son. Calling the number just results in voicemail and I am unable to get connected to a live person. Email does the same. I am unable to even start any process because no one will contact me

In regard to the negative review posted concerning Deanne Curran I regret not taking this highly situation in a private direction. Means that I only need to share my concerns with her instead of publicly my concerns.I have learned my lesson and all future points of my apology will be directed to Deanne Curran personally. The negative review has been removed. No one wants to talk to me at all after I put new review in October. I am asking for private communication on texting or email because I knew I cant do it publicly.Sincerely Natalie Coninx I forgot to sign that one 3 weeks ago so I am adding alittle more clear and added my name sorry. Additionally I knew bullying is contagious that I think I learned that the sentence quote hurt people would hurt others who hurt them. I knew its wrong to hurt others feelings. Anger is not solved the problems like if you feel not right you would want to talk to same person about how you felt about the bullying from same one instead of putting angry reviews as revenge I knew its wrong to do that like I remembered what I learned lessons in October 2023. I am not mad at all anymore.

I worked with them a few times pre pandemic and they were amazing. Turns out not so great or even reliable post pandemic. An advocate named Bonnie contacted me a few days after I submitted my contact request. I sent her the info she requested and I never heard from her again.Reached out to Bonnie and the general PACER contact email multiple times for help between 121423 and 11824 with no response.

I received the most bias emails from pacers when I asked for advice on a school issue. I would not recommend

The Pacesetter Fall 2023 newsletter was great especially loved the cover story about Advocacy Made the Difference for Molly and the dedicated staff it took for Molly to reach her goals. It is a wonderful testimony how she is using her struggles to be a better and more empathetic teacher The other articles were inspiring as well. THANK YOU

The pacer advocate I had Robbi Weil was not helpful. She didnt show up to my son IEP meeting like she said she would. Ive been trying to get her to call me to explain a little more about the whole IEP stuff. She didnt give me tips on how to be a stronger advocate for my son. 1st she said she would speak at the IEP meeting.. 2nd she said she will help me advocate help me be a stronger advocate for my son.. 3rd she said she cant speak or help me out. I tried to ask to explain stuff more but SHE LEFT ME HIGH DRY.. I feel she is racist and she doesnt want to help an bi racial African American child. When she was the main person who said schools treat bi-racial or African American children different than Caucasian children who has a IEP. IVE BEEN ADVOCATING THIS LONG FOR MY SON SO WHY WOULD I NEED TO DEAL WITH PACER. ESPECIALLY ROBBI WEIL WHO DIDNT SHOW UP LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD

A good source for anyone. Parents ect if you know someone with a disability. Like Autism. They share news of how to care for and get help. They have meetings and social specials. Entertainment specials. A helping suggestion. Great for what to do at your childs school. For getting advice with how to handle teachers that arent up to date for handicapped.

Pacer has a wide range of resources more than most people realize. They can offer some level of help with almost anything disability related. I recommend checking frequently for free classes and presentations.

Very helpful workshops for parents of special needs kids. They have a great anti-bullying program. They also have a really cool technology library you can check stuff out from for a small fee.
