Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation - Milwaukie

Its was a trying journey the lock down made it difficult the experience was exceptional.

I dont know what happened to vocational rehabilitation but theyre in so need of qualified help just like Oregon employment department

Ive referred several of the clients I work with to this Voc Rehab office and the experience has always been frustrating. The last client I referred waited 5 months to get a response from them as to whether they would even approve them for rehabilitative services. I have no doubt that bureaucratic red tape and a lack of funding are contributing factors but whenever I have helped one of my clients call this office for assistance the tone of the person they speak to is almost always dismissive uncaring and generally unhelpful. Voc Rehab is one of the most needed services in this area and its a real shame that the only provider is so unresponsive. I would caution anyone who plans on seeking their assistance to prepare for a long-winded and frustrating process that isnt likely to be of much help.

Got free glasses through these guys. They helped me try to get better to get a job.

The worker I met with was very kind and polite.

This place is disorganized and they blamed ME for the problem. In their report about me I was completely vilified and made to look like a monster There were several errors on my report. I dont where they got some of that stuff. When I tried to explain what happened I was ignored. They had their negative opinion about me already decided and they werent changing their minds.

This place is a blessing to help you get back on your feet and back to work again

Good idea but lack funding so no real follow through.

These people are so helpful with assistance for job search and resources for those who have disabilities. They have done so much for me I am so thankful.

Very easy to get in take care of business and get out without wasting my entire day.
