Excellent Head Start Program with a 2 year waiting list so get on it before they are 2 if you want them in the program by 4.

This Head Start Early Head Start has 18 locations all over East Multnomah County. Child development and family support services available for pregnant women and families of children ages birth 5 who are low income and reside in East Multnomah County outside Portland Public Schools. Services include comprehensive preschool and child care programs home visits parent and child activities health screenings meals transportation opportunities to volunteer and parent involvement activities. Some programs operate year-round.
