Christy Navarro is incompetent as a social worker. If you are looking for someone to smoke cigarettes with and listen to music while bypassing everything else with your disabled child she is the perfect one for the job. If you want real help she is not the one. The most unprofessional. Unethical professional I have come across yet. Christy is looking for acceptance and validation while holding onto her unhealthy attachments to her ex who had bipolar. She does not know how to separate her clients from her personal life.

Left my information to be contacted and was contacted pretty quick so I was feeling good about being helped. I was asked to go into the office to fill out paperwork prior to my appointment. Upon my arrival they informed me that they would need to reschedule my appointment because Erika would not be I the next day for my tele-appointment. Ok reschedule. Day before my appointment I get a message and respond Yes to confirm was then contacted by assume Erika asking to confirm again which I confirm for my 900 am appointment and was told she would call me the next day at 915. I received a text that morning that she has food poisoning and would contact me again once feeling better. That was a week ago havent heard one thing from her or her office. Guess they do not truly offer help.

Referred son for ptsd depression. They took weeks to see him once and thereafter abandoned his treatment. Supposedly he fell through the cracks. They earned a big zero in my opinion

Great place Was greeted immediately and even though my first appointment was for paperwork only my therapist still made it a priority to introduce herself to me.

We tried to schedule an appt for my son 3 different times with Anna Marie Kastner at Oasis Counseling. Each time was canceled by her with less than 24hour notice. She has no respect for patients or their time. Incredibly unprofessional.

This place is so unprofessional They never answer their phone and they take their slow time sending prescriptions sometimes not at all. I have severe anxiety and have been suffering because they wont send the prescription as promised. They claim its the pharmacy but Ive never had that issue before I reach out multiple times and get the run around. Dont waste your time here there are better places to go.

Canceled with less than 24 hours 3 times. Tried to reschedule for telemedicine even though it was first evaluation and the issue needs an in person diagnosis. Rude unprofessional and inconsiderate. Go anywhere else if you possibly can.

I called left a message and received a return call within 2 hours. Juan was very professional caring and made an appointment for me. The Summerlin office is beautiful very warm and welcoming not clinical at all. My therapist is truly amazing and helping me work through my grief and anxiety after the passing of my mother. While waiting for my appointment I noticed a flyer stating that another therapist has a therapy dog. As a dog lover I thought this was AMAZING I know Im in the right place to receive the mental health care that I need.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. My son needs counseling and the therapist didnt show to his scheduled video appointment didnt call and the office never called either. No apology and I have left 7 messages to get him rescheduled. They NEVER answer their phone. Complained to my insurance company now. Hope they lose their contracts. RUN from this place if you are seeking help. That type of attitude doesnt make you feel like you can get any real help.

Had a therapist who literally told me you might have bipolar disorder then continued to cancel our weekly sessions until i opted out. I didnt get diagnosed and by her doing this Ive been questioning my reality and how my brain works. It was really unprofessional because it would be day of and even up to 30 minutes before my session. After awhile she didnt even contact me herself she had her assistant contact me. When she finally contacted me and asked me how i was doing which was terrible life has been going crazy and she made small talk instead of talking about my core issues.
