The Front desk Service never answer the phone they be sitting right there some of them are rude in unprofessional some of them lack at communication. You would be waiting for all most for 30-40 minute wait

Very friendly staff. Every one is easy to talk with and always willing to help.

You leave several messages no one ever calls you back. Its like a revolving door when it comes to keeping Therapist Ive had 3 different therapist in last year. I keep calling to see if they have hired anyone yet they never call back ever I call in for my refills and the pharmacy trys too and it takes days but I have to call repeatedly to the pharmacy to get an answer but Northkey wont call you back. Its really gone down hill on the employees. I was reading employees rating site and the reveiws were worse then mine.
