Be prepared to wait 30 mins or longer to actually be seen by the provider once you are in the room. As a single working mom with no free time this is extremely frustrating.

Dr. Pappas and Dr. Patel have taken such good care of our children. We appreciate their communication time and compassion during every appointment whether a well child check or sick visit. Lastly the plan of care is always collaborative and communicated in a thoughtful way. We are so grateful for their service and care.

Called for sick appointment yesterday and was told to call back tomorrow in the morning I did 8.30 and got told to take them to urgent Care. My little people dont want to see nobody elsethey dont know they love Dr.vicki ... Personally I think its the staff Dr. Dont know if you called.

Unreliable If you have a sick child and they have no appointments available that day they will not let you make an appt for the next day. What kind of office is this I dont recommend this office to anyone who ever has a sick child needs a reliable and available doctor...is this real life

We have always had great care and responsiveness from this group. I took my own kids and am now taking my grandkids. Dr. Vickie is great. She takes time to listen and do thorough exam. CNP Tricia has taken great care of kids when doctor Vickie is not available.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is so nice and caring. Also super fast. I have never had a problem getting an appointment for a sick or well visit.

Everyone here is so friendly and great with my son We always see Dr. Patel and she really is the very best Im so thankful for her and feel so lucky to have such an amazing doctor for my child.

Nurse Becky is the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever spoken too. She was giving sassy responses offered me a service that they couldnt do just be able to mock me and even threatened to NOT give me service.By far the WORST nurse I have EVER ENCOUNTERED. Currently looking for a new office specifically because of NURSE BECKY.

I am strictly leaving this review for the office staff and billing department. Today I was called with an URGENT response to call back the office immediately. I received this call during the middle of my work day and had to stop working to call back the office. Spoke to Kathy in billing and was not kindly treated throughout the entire call about my account. Now here is the kicker my account balance is due is 20....from a visit on 42618.....The only reason I have tolerated the poor customer service over the past three years is soley because of Dr. Stine Dr. Pappas and the nurses. They have been nothing but wonderful to my sons. It is a shame that good doctors lose patients over poor customer service in their office staff. Hire new caring office staff please.

My wife loves the doctors but the billing department is beyond ridiculous. They will literally harass you demanding payments in full. Unfortunately due to this we may no longer going here unless theres some serious changes. Shame something as simple as that can bring down a whole office. So if you like being harassed go here.
