Makes feel so bad that I am not dealing with this institution anymore because they have the best doctor and I am really noticing a progress with him but customer service and front desk is so unprofessional and poor Customer satisfaction is below zero It is so hard to reach them and when you do they dont even help They make it worse with their poor customer satisfaction. They over charged me for my last appointment and when I called to complain about that they said they will send me a check to fix the problem. They did not send me the full amount that I was expecting. I called to raise another complain and front desk told me that part of the money went to an appointment that I attended last year I mean what kind of answer is this I have been dealing with them since 2020. They never sent me a bill that is overdue because I always pay on time. Just now they created this and are lying about it. Not mentioning the amount of time I have to spend every single time I want to talk to them. This is not worth it at all. Dont waste your time I wish I could leave a review without even giving them a star because they dont deserve it

Dr Maust has gotten the right combination for me right now regarding medications. We work well together and I trust her at this time. I will follow her to the new office . She does her own thinking Rose Marie Pahl

Ive been talking to my Mindpath health care provider for a couple of years and she is wonderful. I feel so comfortable with her she always asks the right questions and really listens to my answers.

I recently started seeing C. Nhor at Mindpath and I am extremely impressed with their level of care and expertise. They truly listen to my concerns and have provided me with personalized treatment options that have greatly improved my mental health. I feel comfortable and safe during our sessions and I appreciate their kind and compassionate approach. I highly recommend Mindpath to anyone seeking mental health support.

There have been a lot of issues since the change over to Mindpath. The biggest by far is their fraudulent billing practices. They kept billing for a service I did not receive and when I told them I was not receiving this service they said this is just how we bill. Their costs are 4-5x higher than the national average. After months of disputes they finally audited my records and agreed I should not have been billed. Instead of correcting my bill they sent me to collections. Its been nearly a year and I have yet to see a correct bill. I reported them to the BBB they are not BBB accredited and plan to report them to NC Insurance Board for fraud. If you are experiencing their predatory billing practices I encourage you to do the same.Other issues include lack of administration - the providers schedule their own appoints and more often than not Id be called at the wrong time or on the wrong day from my scheduled appointment. Also almost every time I filled my prescription it was called in incorrectly.Finally they are pill pushers. When I requested non-pharmacological treatment I was told it wouldnt work. What Its clear they push providers to crank through their calls as fast as possible every telehealth call was 15 mins max more often less than 10 so they can charge a full hour while treating more than one patient per hour. They leave no time for actual care or even for providers to keep accurate notes so they can correctly call in the prescriptions they push so hard. They should be ashamed of themselves pleas stay away from them.

Ive been coming to mindparh for 3 years now. Colleen is so wonderful. Shes understanding and cares about my needs as her patient. She carefully listens. And knows excually what to say and do to help me. I will never trust anyone else with my mental health but her.

My therapist Cherry was amazing She listened to my goals and asked pertinent questions before beginning to tailor my treatment specifically for me. I will be seeing her again I felt very heard and understood. 1010
