I have had a really wonderful experience with every single human I have ever interacted with at Mindpath. Every time I call to make an appointment when I have emailed for information and when I am seen by a provider I always feel valued. I would have given a 5 star rating except that the online system is a little hard to figure out and some of the phone numbers are bogus an auto-generated response said contact us at this number... the number is not in service.

I regret writing this review. I have been with them a long time but since their name change they have steadily gone down hill.Mindpath health professionals are fine when they can keep them. Doctors come in and out of Mindpath like it is a revolving door. 3 of mine left to other practices in about a year. That says a lot. If you like who you get good luck because chances are they will be moving on and you will have to find someone else. It appears they cannot keep a lot of good doctors long term.Mindpath software from billing to video is buggy although it is finally getting better. I have repeatedly had to fill out the same online forms and they have attempted to charge me multiple times for bogus bills. I call in about them and am told they dont show up on their computer...When calling them expect at LEAST a 10 minute wait on hold. They have a call back feature which would be nice if they actually call you back. Sometimes they do.Mindpath is a huge company with a lot of providers. You can generally get an appointment pretty fast if you dont care who it is with. This is their only redeeming quality.I highly recommend finding another more stable provider than Mindpath. In my experience providers dont like Mindpath for a variety of reasons from high billing to lack of care.They also seem too profit driven to care much about clients. Please note this is the company not the individual providers who vary.

Firstly my therapist and prescriber are amazing. They are 5 stars and then some. I have no issue with them and echo the problems of others below. Its the company. I have been charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars with no warning in the past. The reason for this is that - even if you call to remove your card from file after this happens this first few times - if you want to see a provider via telehealth the platform will not allow you to connect without signing a credit card auth. No price is given when you sign this. Prices increase. Insurances are dropped. If you dont sign you will be a no show. Either way you get charged. The business aspect of the company creates more financial stress and anxiety. May as well go elsewhere to eliminate that stressor. The company practices have zero reflection of the providers. They are great and have no control over the billing. Im not interested in calling the 800 number. Just sharing my opinion for others to consider when choosing MindPath. If your not worried about money they have great providers

My Dr. Is great but I really hate the way electronic set before you see your Dr. Having a telehealth appointment should be easy. I have to fill out a bunch of information already on file and then pay upfront before my Dr. Even can let me into the session. Very frustrating. For this I do not recommend mindpath health.

Do not use these services if you expect to have your visits billed correctly. A very simple thing has turned into a nightmare. There are plenty of other mental health services that I am sure are committed to helping patients as well as making sure their billing is up to par. Incorrect billing can cause major issues for patients lives please take this advice DO NOT RECEIVE CARE HERE.

Liz Bruce is just fantastic. She really takes care of me listens to me and is very personable. I appreciate her knowledge of the pharmaceutical field and that she explains if changing regulatory requirements impact my prescribed medication. Unfortunately that did happen but Liz was able to switch me to a different med and Im doing just fine on it. Thank you Liz

I love Dr. Kelly Crenshaw. She is SO real easy to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. She makes me immediately feel comfortable its very obvious she truly cares. Thank you Kelly

I have been seeing Kelly Krenshaw for years and she has been amazing. She can recommended to me by a friend and Im glad I listened to her recommendation. Kelly listens and asks questions about my overall health and well being to make sure things are working for me. In between visits if I have a question or a need she is great about getting back to me. I never feel like a burden and feel very supported through all the things Im going through. Shes knowledgeable and understanding to my specific situation so working with her feels personalized to me and that is great. I would highly recommend mind path and Kelly Krenshaw.

I have been working with an amazing mental health provider for years through Mindpath Health. Unfortunately the business ethics of this practice prove they care more about making money than ensuring the mental health of their patients. Its difficult to find a provider that truly listens and establishes a relationship built on compassion trust and respect. I like most mental health patients had to go through years of finding the right medication regiment to address my issues and improve my quality of life. Im thankful for my provider however I cannot support a health care center that sees only patients as capital for their business.

Another mental health facility is requiring a credit card to be kept on file. Im not sure they understand that they are treating individuals with mental health issues. It is understandable why patients particularly those who are paranoid would be uncomfortable having their credit card information stored. I feel that mental health and healthcare in general are becoming less accountable pushing all the liability onto their patients. Given concerns regarding fraud and security this seems to be a very bad business practice. Working in computers I am well aware of the dangers of keeping such information on file. I would never agree to have my card information stored at a doctors office Facilities like these need to accommodate people with different issues. Making patients feel safe when seeking services should be of utmost priority rather than maximizing patient collections. It seems like these companies are more concerned about profit than the actual care of their patients. Due to systems like this patients like me slip through the cracks and receive no care.I would tell anyone that needs health services not to go to any place that practice this type of business.I will be willing to remove my review if they can waive the requirement for keeping a credit card on file.
