Speaking only from my experience I have found Mindpath to be an excellent provider. I have been using their services for 7 years. I have not had trouble making appointments but I stay cognizant of the fact that they get booked up rapidly. I always make my appointments in advance so as not to need a sooner appointment.I always use Telehealth with Mindpath. I like the fact they text and email you reminders the day before your appointment. Unfortunately for me I did not check the link they sent on the prior day. I signed in at the last minute to my appointment to find they had updated the telehealth connection to Zoom. Having never used Zoom my therapist had to sign language me how to get it unmuted Instead of it being a negative Im glad to say I now know how to use ZoomI will say this is MY experience with my provider in this organization. My husband had a different provider in a different office on this same organization. If he were writing this review it would be a drastically different tale. He was not informed until June that his insurance denied coverage because they were out of network. He was told to pay the amount in full or risk cancellation. He was told he would be given a 30-day supply of medication until he found a new provider. They did not call in the 30 day refills. Every time he called the office his number went straight to billing. The only way he could speak to his provider was if he made a payment. The provider never provided the refills. His need of medication was much more complicated than my need. What they did to him was negligent in my opinion. When I started this review I gave it five stars. I had no intent of putting my husbands experience in my review. The more I wrote of the positives I felt it would be disingenuous to not include my husbands negative experiences.I guess it always pays to read to the end of the review

I made an appt here thinking I was going to be seeing a therapist- not the case at all. I also didnt know that until the hr was over. The hr was obtaining my info - a consultation I was told. Although Jennifer Fields couldnt have been nicer she can only prescribe meds which I didnt need. My primary has been doing that. She referred me to 180 counseling in Clayton to speak to a therapist. I called Yesterday and left a message. It has been over 24 hrs and I havent received a response. This seems to be the norm for mental health appts. Is it no wonder there are so many problems out there today Therapists either dont call you back or they are no longer accepting patients. The other aspect of this experience with Mindhealth was Jennifer is not familiar with any of the therapists she was referring me too - that is extremely unhelpful as well. I waited almost 6 weeks for this appt and here I go again in search of someone who can help me.

I love mindpath From my very first interaction with Dr. Cherry I could tell that she genuinely cared about the problems I was having and she did her best to show compassion and understanding. It took me a long time to find a doctor that I felt like truly listened to my concerns and didnt dismiss me. I will stay a patient of Dr. Cherry as long as she will have me I highly recommend Mindpath not only has Dr. Cherry been a breath of fresh air but the women at the front desk even the doctor that filled in for Dr. Cherry has just been wonderful. Im grateful for their team and grateful I found a doctor that truly cares for her patients

I was absolutely taken aback by my latest bill. The overly inflated amount charged to the client and insurance made me feel completely taken advantage of and manipulated by Doctors we need to write our children a prescription for their mental health.

So far my experience has been excellent. Jennifer Fields NP is a phenomenal provider she is thorough and takes her time to discuss things accordingly. I love that she is able and willing to collaborate with my other providers as well to make sure Im getting the best care and care plan possible. Mindpath itself can be difficult to get in touch with which is disappointing and this review specifically reflects on my provider and not Mindpath as a whole.

This practice takes advantage of patients by charging astronomic prices for a simple 20 min appointment for a medication renewal. If you dont have insurance you can expect to pay close to 25 per minute. Its unfortunate that a facility has made mental health services so inaccessible to those that do not have insurance. They wont call you back or help resolve any issues you may have with them so I do not recommend that you go here for any services.

I did enjoy talking with Ms. Jennifer. She always makes me feel like she is really concerned about my situation. I felt comfortable talking with her about my family situation and other items that I have been dealing with.

I did not have a good experience with MindPath. There were so many times where an appointment was moved and the provider either called me at the originally scheduled time or didnt log on at the new time. Many times of the provider being late we barely talked during most of the appointments she would just spend over half of it looking at her computer and then magically after 20 minutes start talking about something to extend the time even though I said everything I needed to in the first few minutes. MindPath is lazy and hardly willing to do any work with insurance horrible with communication and theres no consistency. Theyre sending me bills now from appointments in February that I had already given them information on how to take care of and apparently they never did. They also bill you for therapy when you have medication management appointments which is not okay considering the med management NPs and MDs are not licensed therapists. A therapeutic medication regiment is part of their job not therapy theyre not trained for that. So happy I switched providers to a different company.

My first therapist was fantastic an excellent communicator that seemed VERY knowledgeable and took time to listen. Unfortunately that therapist left the practice and I was forced to get a new one. I didnt hear anything from MP several weeks but they did call and arrange an appointment for me to see a new therapist before my prescription was up at least. The new therapist is fine but didnt seem to be fully familiar with my situation gave me questionnaires during our visit that could have been completed in advance and proposed new medication having researched it I understand the decision to switch but it wasnt explained very well even when I expressed apprehensions. Im having to see this new therapist every few weeks I assume to properly establish care which wouldnt necessarily be MPs or the therapists fault. However each of these new appointments costs almost 3x more than my original therapist I input my insurance info twice and Im still not sure if theyre using it since that info isnt reflected on their bills. Icing on the cake is the new medication is more expensive than my original prescription and Im still not even sure if its working. They get one star for communication and a second star for providing a reliable online appointment system but zero stars for billing and affordability. I want to be clear this is not a rating for their employees the individuals Ive encountered seem lovely but MindPath Health itself comes across as a soulless corporate entity that cares more about my money than my well-being.
