I always have a great experience at my appointments. Since the location through the front desk and the doctors everything is excellent

The dental hygienist was friendly and efficient. She tried to make it as pain free as possible.

The best experience Ive had at the dentist in a long time. The hygienist and Dr. Benijala were professional explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. You could tell they genuinely cared about my experience and my well being. If youre someone who doesnt like to go to the dentist those two would be the ones to change your mind. Or at least make it less scary.

My dental hygienist and dentist team are very accepting and helpful about my struggles to maintain good flossing habits. I appreciate that they dont make me feel less than because it isnt easy for me.

I dont know how they can keep an employee that is so rude to people. My family is here from New York for 3 months and the 4 of us wanted to go to a dentist and get our teeth cleaned while we are here. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. The person who I talked to was trying to figure out how to charge the highest price possible since we are from New York. A Very dishonest employee.

The intake process as a new patient was ineffective. My initial appointment was at one time and then they switched it to another time with no explanation. They did not communicate that I needed to connect them with my old dentist. Since they are the professionals and I have never shifted dentists I was relying on them to guide me through the process. When I showed up the person I interacted with seem frustrated with me despite the fact that their intake process was the main issue. I explained that I had another appointment at 100 p.m. and I had anticipated being able to get to it since my original dental appointment was at 1040. The dentist came in and told me he would not be able to have me get a cleaning and an exam in the time frame that I needed and that I should leave. He did not suggest that the intake process was an issue nor did he suggest that I reschedule. He basically just told me to leave. Ive never experienced anything like that and it was pretty intense.

Dont go here if you need an emergency extraction. When I went in with excruciating pain I was told that I also needed my wisdom teeth pulled but they wouldnt even consider doing them separately. They told me to go to the emergency room to deal with the pain from my single tooth that needed to come out. After getting the run around from them for a week I finally realized they had no intention of helping me.I called Saint Paul Dental Center and they got me in same day to do the extraction that took all of 10 minutes. Dr. Jensen is awesome to say the absolute least.I had been a patient with you guys for almost 2 decades. It was an absolutely astonishing experience and one that Ill never forget.

Update I did finally get in and the service was good. So bringing it up from a 1 to a 3.Horrible experience so far and I havent even been seen. Ive been trying to get a basic cleaning for 10 months.1st time patient so had to wait 6 months then when I showed up they had cancelled my appointment without any notice to me. They texted the wrong patient to confirm my appointment.So then I needed to wait another 3.5 months for the next available. Said they would call if something earlier showed up never called.Now the morning of my second attempt I receive a text saying that my hygienist is out today and need to call to reschedule. Here we go again. Is it going to take over a year to be seen hereAfter calling to reschedule again they asked for my insurance. However I had just called only a few days ago and gave it to them. I talked to a actual person and gave all my insurance over the phone and they totally lost it days later.Feels like complete incompetence.Im happy to change this review if I get better service.

the front desk girl was extremely rude to my mother and I called her out on her shtty attitude and she got triggered so I ended up asking for the manager...

Have always had a good experience here. Staff is friendly and the location is nice. Waiting room has free wifi and magazines to read. Easy to access via bike transit or car. Ive used all three at different times with no problems.

I like this location better than the one in Oakdale even though it is in Midway... the staff is amazing. I seriously have to praise Doctor Beni......
