I have been a patient at this Metro Dental clinic for many years. Even after retiring I choose to be a patient at this clinic. From LaTonya at the front desk to the hygienists and to the dentist - everyone here is friendly qualified and easy to work with

Always such a positive and enjoyable experience. My hygienist and dentist were great and so friendly. Love seeing more BIPOC employees as a fellow BIPOC person.

They did a great job restoring my front upper incisor tooth.

Everyone is so nice and kind to me. i have the best Doctor there Dr. Michael Xiong hes been a great help to me when I had a crown fall out. Great chair side manor also.

Really appreciated the way the hygienist explained things and made my child feel good about making positive changes in their brushing habits. Thank you

My visit to Metro Dental was great. The hygienist was great in explaining everything she was doing and let me know what I should do for continued care. I did miss my hygienist that I had 4 months ago though. She was always on top of things and good about explaining what I should be doing.

Great service nice hygienists convenient location for me. I appreciate that they dont go hard on the shaming the patient approach. A lot of dentists still try to make you feel like you have failed as a human being if you dont brushfloss enough as if that has ever helped anyone. I havent had that experience here. Much more positive tone.

Dont go to this shop if your expecting to have your tooth pain treated. I had a root canal go bad and was experiencing extreme pain. I wonder if these...

buckle it its a long read but worth it-------------------------------------------------------------------The hygienists and front desk staff were wonderful.The dentist however was totally unsympathetic to my desire to save the crown that popped off and is undamaged. She also implied that 500 is not much money. But insurance pays 800. Like.. great... but Im not going to drop 500 on something you have made no effort to reassure me I actually need I dont appreciate the because I said so attitude.Oh and the dentist seemed annoyed when I wanted to know how much my x-ray would cost before having it done. Is it not my right to know how much something is going to cost before I get the treatmentThen I was pressured into making an appointment for them to put on a brand new crown using what felt like a high pressure sales technique.I have since tried to cancel the appointment I was pressured into making and the phones have been busy. I couldnt even leave a messageIm also not entirely convinced the dentist did the best she could to glue my crown back in with temporary glue as it popped out a few hours later while I was eating a sandwich Seriously. Not a Starburst or piece of toffee candy. A sandwich.Im not going back. My gut tells me not to trust them. Im not into high pressure sales for shoddy work.Dont get work done based on the opinions of this clinic franchise alone.

This is the WORST excuse for a dentist I have ever experienced. My partner has gone here 3 times with an appointment each time to have his teeth cleaned....
