My expirence is less than one hour before assesssion appointment I get a phone call with a representative wanting to change my appointment because Jason does not do in person appointments. I find this unacceptable especially since they call less than an hour from my appointment.. I have to wait another 2 weeks now and it seems like its been 6 weeks Ive waited... She said she was sorry and Id think if she was sorry she could be e more accomodations than putting me back to the end of the line... I requested to speak to a supervisor cuz really my condition cant stand to wait another 2 weeks. The supervisor voice mail came on and I left a request to get a return call but no one has called.. I feel mine is getting more needing the help Im seeking here and dont understand how they can so easily disregard the care of their parents.

My therapist entire team of people dropped me without a single word after over a year. They abandoned me caused more abandonment issues. My first counselor assigned me a peer support mentor that I spoke to every single week for over a year meanwhile I kept switching through therapists because theyre all so blah seem like they dont care. Then I got one that was the WORST. She caused so many problems by saying I was too close to my peer support mentor and tried to have my case dropped without even hearing my side she verbally abused me on the phone when i called her supervisor she lied to me said they would connect me with someone new but i never heard anything despite me calling every single day. Not to mention my peer support person just dropped me also without a word. I have been calling every day have been ignored every single voicemail I leave. They do not care about mental health they just want the checks.

Wow where to start. 3 therapists that are fresh out with no real exp on how mental health skills should be used. One has reworded the skills I was already using telling me maybe I should use those. Thanks already am. What else do you have The last one defended actions of abuse of someone on my past. With out knowing all the details. Thats not what my goals are in coming here I feel like they ignored them. On top of that exp. The supervisor was rude and denied actions by staff. At the end they asked if I wanted someone else. No thanks. Depression is all you will find here.

Great place to fake your way through diversion. All you need is an empty 5 hour energy bottle clean urine Hot Hands hand warmers a thermometer and a couple of hair ties.

Im not sure whats going here.Appointments and doctor changes with notification. They say they have a lot of help but......

Diane is the best counselor in Oregon hands down. She was the only person that was able to talk some sense into me and she turned me in the right direction for a better life. I would most likely be in a ditch somewhere if it was not for her. She may not have been my favorite person at times but she was never wrong and was always there for me judgment free. I will be forever grateful for her and the work she does.

Had a really good therapist for a while but she left. She told me LifeWorks would reach out to me with a new one however it took months before they did. I assume because theyre incredibly busy now with CovidScheduling new appointments is bit difficult as theyre consistently swamped. Expect to be able to talk to your therapist every 2-3 weeks.Although many front desk interactions have been hit or miss Olivia is really upbeat and patient as she answered many of my questions

Life works sucks They already billed his insurance to the max for month so they wont treat him till they can charge insurance He full blown sicosis and...

If I could give this place a -5 star review I would. My appointment was set to be at 11 a.m.30 minutes go by and still nothing. I go to the front desk they say oh will be out here shortly to help you.almost 30 minutes go by again and its almost noon. I get called back and get told Im not able to be seen until 1..Wasnt told it was a walk in clinic either but that still doesnt give the staff the okay to not communicate with patients who are waiting in the lobby that there is a list of people in front of you.

They can improve in the way they do services with clients. I have experienced good and not so good services. They are a desent company. There is always room...

Was Hummiliated in front of other people in the waiting room. This was by a receptionist before I was even able to get in for an in-take appointment for counseling. Not Single mom friendly...had to bring my kiddo with me and was made to feel like I wasnt welcome because I didnt have any other option. Not going backAlso not anxiety friendly...large waiting room with lots of peoe who stare you down.no personal connection at all. Very Disconnected.

I was convicted of a DUII and I was required by law to attend 90 day outpatient treatment. If your are looking for a good outpatient recovery center I would recommend this location. If possible ask for Kevin Shank to be your counselor. He is an amazing counselor who really knows how to get you interested in recovery. I came in thinking I was going to just get through this and go back to drinking the way I was because I felt that I didnt have a problem minus the drinking and driving of course. But after some classes with Kevin he has changed my mind. Each class is very informative. I had to do outpatient once before with kaiser and the classes we took were so dull. We watched those alcohol is bad videos from the 90s with no real relevant information or updated research. Kevin talks about the negative effects of alcoholdrugs with actual updated research and science. And he does it in a non pushy way that keeps your interest instead of pushing you away. Thanks lifeworks and Kevin for giving me a new perspective. I know my life has changed for the better.
