I worked for the company for just about a month and the beginning was going some what smooth. The lack of training made it impossible for you to understand to the data. When training finally came around it was a PowerPoint on zoom. Managers and supervisors are rude. I was assigned to a school case and I was verbally and physically attacked by the student. I reported to the office asking for a new case the owner called backed a couple minutes later basically telling me that all the students are aggressive and have behaviors. The whole conversation was rude and hostile. I later spoke to a representative at HR she nearly laughed on the phone when I told her what happened at the school. So I just resigned effective immediately. Horrible company to work for. Definitely a horrible company for children. FIND ANOTHER

I wish I could say really great things about Learning Solutions. I wish I could tell you that there is not a better agency out there for the services they provide. And I wish I could say I would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately none of those things are true. My son has grown quite a bit since beginning his therapy but the lack of consistency in the employees the fact that my wife has told me on multiple occasions that my sons therapist failed to show up and the fact that the company doesnt seem to care have left me with a terrible taste in my mouth for Learning Solutions. Its pretty sad because my son deserves the best but Learning Solutions has offered mediocrity.

I used to work for this company. They are extremely unorganized unprofessional and there is definitely a lack of training. Not to mention I really dont feel as though each case is treated with the detail that it should be treated with. They hire just about anyone that is available and had no record and even if you have never done a job as such you train for maybe one school day two if you are lucky. They dont really tell you much about the kids you end up being assigned to. I really feel bad for some of these children. This was one of the worst jobs I had ever had. Not because of the children but because of the company. Definitely would not recommend.

My 2 year old son was placed with this company for his ABA. They have never filled his full hours paid by insurance. I want to have him in therapy as much as possible I believe the problem is they pay the tutors so little they never show up. I would not reccomend them to anyone who has a young child and wants early intervention.They are good for older children. Still the tutors have no experience and are paid little so there is no insentive to show up and work hard or keep your job. My child needs better.
