There was an error in scheduling our appointment...BUT...despite that Jaquieline Segovia having others scheduled worked us in between to complete and motorize the changes we had made in our will. Even further she explained to us in laymens terms things that both my wife and I did understand that had be written in legal terms. She was personable and patient with all my questions for further calcification on things.
