What a great team to be a part of. I have been with the company for 2 years this month and since the beginning all my questions have been answered all my requests have been handled with care and Ive felt heard and supported.

Services were stop due to the company being short staffed. Then we received a call to resume services after 10 months of waiting and he was conveniently placed on a waiting list

Latitude Therapy is a group that shows their passion for assisting children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorders. A wonderful place to work.

This Company Does Not Communicate At All. They Have A Very High Turnover Rate Every Therapist I Worked With Express To Me That They Are Leaving The Company For Reasons such As Payment and Not Being Communicated With. I Have Had About 3 Or 4 Different BCBAs when A Client Should Only Have 1 or 2 And about 4 or 5 Different Therapist In The Small time frame that I have been with the Company. My child has learned nothing Because They Have Cancelled Most Of Our Therapys Do To Car Problems Andor Health Issues in The Mean Time My 7 year old Nonverbal Child Is Still Self Harming very Sad For My Little Boy

Terrible experience for a company so desperate for help no communication I left a job a month to start with this company after many miscommunication or zero communication me stating that the lack of communication is costing my family a income next day I was told do not show up for termination as I also voiced my concerns that if they could not communicate with employees how is the company communicating with the families communication is key I stated from day 1 still no communication from people I reached out to . Apology goes a long way if I didnt have proper documentation I would accept the decision but very disappointed in a company that is out to help families if they cant help their employees especially new hires.

CONT Jasmin worked well with my Nonverbal son and was the only one that never made him cry by over stimulating him with grabbing and tickling you can see the experience she had with kids and autism by following some lead and allow that kid to have a voice.ITS CALL GAINING TRUST FIRST AND ALL KIDS NOT THE SAMEAbby did great with my 4yr old with helping him use his words more.She had no experience in the field. But did great with him but struggle with other. She was alway stuck with waiting for instruction from the BCBA. WHICH I REQUEST RESOURCEsAmy BCBA was fun and hyper but inexperience or over worked where she couldnt demonstrate her 20 yrs of skills .She couldnt show soothe technique nor explain goals Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence she struggle with being clear and solid. All the therapist where confuse under her care and being creative and Consistent was a challenge when dealing with autistic kids. And insurance appearance shouldnt be more important on paper to please your owner pocket then the kid success.As I was told by Amy when I CO parent service wasnt given to us.The owner have poor communication problem skills they took a hour of approved service away to accommodate another clinic without warning. The Owner call 1 time when they put my 3 year old in the ICU. Then got mad cause I contact her phone for a email to better reach her. AND YES I was upset extremely upset seeing my son hooked up on those machine and suffering from your lack of care. but when they needed our service they kept in touch.I guess Talia felt I should have excepted my child suffering and delays of service. I had no right to express my concern has a mother nor did she show concern. I wouldnt dare recommend this place unless they had change.There alway good potential for growth. but your employee couldnt explain the service and nor show us how to use MearsurePM .Our first experience was horrible I learn what not to except.They gave my family covid then try to blame on each other after I receive a text that someone was sick again.Then when everyone healed Talia drop us 2 day later. They still refuse to provide supplies and learning tool for my non-verbal kid. I had to request for staff to wash there hands and to wear clear face shield for my non-verbal kid.I also sent email DEC 2021 to the owner asking why supplies like pec books which I had to make without help for their service. And feeling picture teacher by teacher learning ideal and item to support the service. thats not the parent responsibility but they clearly was getting paid for service.Jan 2022 the owner cancelling our service and blame me for her losing staff. For speaking up for my boys to her staff. whom encourage me to keep speaking up in the first place. Then finally Amy sent 1 visual schedule I had request back in Oct 2021.You stated you attend IEP meeting but refused. My kid therapy try to reach out. I was told by a staff its best to not let my kid go in person. because of what they saw.Talia I know you call my family stating I or we been speaking down about your company and we wasnt a good fit because of my kids condition. And I never had the chance to tell you that was false. I dont no anything about your company.Only what was display is what I can speak on. Your company seem to be NEW and lack parent and child support. and by the lack of review. I wish you were professional and ask question first. a lot of slacking took place and my family wasnt please.If you a strong Advocate for your love one make sure you are given a chance to be part of your children success. Because if they cant show you how to keep the progress going are if they not applying ABC and the 4 main function of a behavior or identified to make plan or record data or using Wh question. I will say RUN they money hungry 4 month just payout no service just confusion. And an owner that justified everything with dismissal. I hope this help so much more had happen. I AM THAT MOM I AM THIER VOICE AND THEY IS MY HEART.
