I made an appointment for my son and I to get cleanings. They were made same day...spaced out...not at the same time. I didnt choose date and time. I took first available and what was offeredI read the reviews so made sure to confirm appointments three times since I was taking off work and son missing school. Upon arriving immediately the girl at the desk told me my son and I both cant be seen on the same day due to policy that kids cant be seen on same day as parents. I waa floored that this had not been told to me when appointments booked or during he three confirmation phone calls. I then stated my son is 17. He is legally allowed to drive he has a car...He can leave after his appointmemt. Receptionsist got upset and ran to managers office. The manager came out and was professional and said we cant both have our appointments that day so we negotiated and I promised that my exhusband would come pick my 17 year old up who had driven to the dentist in his own car from school so I could have my appointment I had waited months for. My ex husband had to leave work and pick up my 17 year old. Once I was seen I loved the hygenist and dentist. Both allowed me to have a same day procedure. I wanted to pay for the nitrous because Im very scared of dental work due to a very bad life threatening experience with a dentist years ago. Hygenist brought me to receptionist to book next appointment and pay for nitrous. Receptionist was so angry I got to be seen that day she wouldnt look at me when booking appointment and then kept taking care of people while I stood there needing to pay for nitrous. She finally said YOU NEED SOMETHING i got a kick out of how irritated she was that I just patiently waited. When I calmly told her I needed to pay for nitrous she told me Id pay on day of procedure. I told her that the day of procedure was today and she got so upset she ran to managers office again. She was in there for a good five minutes and then came out and allowed me to pay. Dentist did a great job on the procedure. In the receptionists defense she didnt quit talking about lunch and was REALLY wanting Long John Silvers. I went there and they were so quick with everything they helped me out with my cavitys quick the cuban dr was super nice

People are rude. They canceled an appointment Ive been waiting on for 2 months and never told me until I show up to my appointment.

Can never get in contact with the OFFICE but the reminder system doesnt have a problem with calling you every single day and on weekends at 8pm for the whole 6 months prior to your next appt

So unprofessional I see why you ask only have 2 stars Not only did you all cancel my appt but you didnt contact me Therefore I drive 30 mins for no reason AND DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE But I bet if I didnt show Id have to pay that fee Very unprofessional

If I could give a 0 star rating I definitely would. I had 6 teeth removed on a Saturday morning by an oral surgeon. First he sent the prescriptions to the WRONG pharmacy. When I finally got that taken care of I discovered that I was given an antibiotic a steroid for inflammation and pain that can only be taken in the morning a mouth wash and EXTRA STRENGTH TYLENOL 1000 MG every 8 hours. Needless to say the Tylenol isnt even touching my pain and I was informed this morning after many attempts to get a dentist to call me yesterday that I was to alternate all the meds and the pain Id have to deal with because no one was giving me anything stronger. Ive had all my teeth removed and Ive never been so disgusted with the care I received post extraction in the 10 years Ive been dealing with my teeth. I wouldnt take my dogs to this place and thank God I wont have to go back to this nightmare of a place again. Im reaching out to the BBB and filing a complaint as well as my insurance company and filing a grievance with them. Please make sure you discuss pain management with the dentist and oral surgeon BEFORE allowing them to do any extractions so you can make an informed decision about your plan of care.

Bad experienced. There is no respect for the kids as well as to the parents. They treat patients badly out of mad if the patent is come with not properly cleaning hisher teeth. Their job is to clean it whether they come with clean or even no bursh teeth at all also. They let patients wait outside the building when it is not for break hour.

They need to be put out of business they canceled my childrens appointment in August reschedule them for October now theyre sending me a cancellation because they overbooked I made a complaint in August and no one has called me back. I think they just getting peoples insurance money and the governments insurance

If I could give this negative stars I definitely would never take your kids here horrible the worst place to take your kids especially to get braces my child has had her braces on for over 100 days and they have yet to readjust them or take them off so we may get service else where they never answer the phone or call back not even corporate I wouldnt suggest taking my dog here let alone my child

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would they did fillings on my daughters teeth and shes been complaining about constant pain when eating crunchyhard foods and cold drinks. And the waiting is unbelievably crazy I have been waiting for our next appointment which is in the middle of august since the beginning of June.Also my son has had 4 teeth removed but you know what else they removed A nerve and he was crying because of the pain he didnt even know that they removed it until he over heard a conversation with the person who pulled out his teeth and some other saying they accidentally pulled out a nerve like how does one do thatI would recommend any dentist place but this.
