My child attends this daycare and its been okay center occasionally teachers calling out and unable to take care of your child. One of my large complaints is why do the employees park in the front of the building and you have to walk down to the end of the parking lot with your toddler everyday when you drop off or pick up.

My niece and nephew went to this daycare. My sister who works here so keep in mind if they allow this to happen to someones child who WORKS there - your child probably isnt safe here either walked into the Tod A classroom to find her son screaming and crying on the top of his lungs because the teachers locked him in a chair while they were putting other children to sleep because they didnt want to DEAL with him. My sister ended up taking her son to the ER after work that day because of his fussiness and he was running a 104 FEVER. They chose not to deal with a child who was crying due to him being sick and put other children at risk of getting sick on top of this. Were disgusted. And just want to say its not the first time they choose to isolate my nephew in the classroom.

I can attest that a year ago things at the center went smooth. Minor class closures due to staff was rare and consistent communication was the norm. Currently the norm is asking parents to pickup their kids due to teachers calling out. Currently the norm is you may receive a message asking parents to flat out keep your kids at home due to their ratios. The current norm is reaching out to corporate begging for clarity of rates based off state funding VPK and continuing to get the runaround. The center continues to avoid and not provide answers on the correct rate for a child in VPK. I am saddened by how I continue to ask and get absolutely nowhere.

This center was and still is a positive livelihood changer for our family. Weve been here over 2 years and from day 1 all the way to today they put my son and now my son and infant daughters best interests forward at all times. I trust these educators and directors fully with my children because theyve earned it through their actions and their genuine interest in my childrens well being. They have a strong educational structure combined with valuable life skills and etiquette reinforcement that have helped my children with their manners as well as early educational development. When there are challenging moments as there will always be when small children are together long hours daily the team is highly communicative accountable and supportive with health safety always leading the decisions. I highly recommend this center.

We started coming here when my son turned 3 months and I had to go back to work. Its never easy letting go to have others take care of your baby but they made it a lot easier for me. My son LOVES his teachers in all of the classes hes been in Its never a fight at the door to go to school. Hes now super social loves playing with other kids and doesnt have a lot of social anxiety as he interacts with great people all day Highly recommend if youre looking for a daycare for your infanttoddler.

PositiveProfessionalismQualityReliabilityResponsivenessHighly recommend. My daughter is speech delayed and she picked up so many things words from going to care here. Great staff all the way around from Director to teachers. I was very impressed The kinder care app is used frequently with pictures and updates from school schedules to curriculum. Not a single complaint.

Had my infant here for a short period of time. Unfortunately his first day he was only bottle fed once in an 8 hour period when he is suppose to eat every 3 hours. They documented on the app he ate multiple times but when he was picked up after his first day there was just one empty bottle out of the 3 they were provided with. When asked the reason for the discrepancy there was no legitimate reason only an apology from the front desk staff. I sent a message to the director in regards to this and there was never a reply acknowledgment or apology from herAdditionally my infant ended up getting a diaper rash on his bottom. So he must have been sitting in his stools for some time. They say they check babies diapers every 30 minutes but I find that hard to believe with a 41 ratio. I think they just change diapers every 2 hours as required. Infants can go to the bathroom 15 minutes after a diaper change so they require more attention. Its unfortunate that this was our experience here.

You guys have been awesome with both of my kids and they get excited about going there everyday. Great jobs doing everything needed with the Covid checks and keeping us updated with the app with what they have done for the day and stuff that is needed. I love getting pictures of my kids when they are there and showing the activities that they do and what they are learning. Keep up the great work we love you guys.
