I received no help. My son who is disabled and seizures fell last October 21st and knocked himself out. I was on vacation. House manager Rosie dismissed the EMTs and signed the release form without talking to me. On November 13th I learned they were sending him to the hospital. He had been experiencing headaches for awhile and vomiting for four days yellow bile. He was sent with explanation of vomiting. The ER talked to me and I mentioned the fall 3 12 weeks earlier. Rushed him to have a CT scan and found a large subdural hematoma. Rushed him to Vanderbilt for emergency brain surgery with two burrs and drain tube. He still isnt walking. DDID stated it was not neglect but ignorance. The agency got away with 3 12 weeks of doing nothing calling it ignorance when it was obviously NEGLECT. Ms Conforti was the investigator.
