My oldest daughter has hearing loss and i finally got my answers from kennedy krieger. The audiologist and staff are so patient and kind. The facility itself is always kept clean and the security guards are so very helpful. Also my husbands nephew did or still does go there for outpatient therapy. I dont have anything negative to say. It really is a great place. 1010 would definitely recommend this place.

Check in desk staff person on 3162021 was rude. She berated me for not remembering to wait in my car for her to call and tell me to come in. I even offered to take my son back to my car to wait but she just said something rude under her breath and told me to go on to my appointment. Then when I headed in the wrong direction she yelled at me saying that the elevators were not that way even though she had not told me the right way to go initially. I am really disappointed in this experience. As a parent of a child with special needs I have enough to deal with on a daily basis I do not need this kind of negativity when I just made an honest mistake.

We were referred to KKI by our pediatrician. The intake was kind and helpful. We came down for several evaluations and then OT every week. All the staff is very efficient thorough and caring. Our son looks forward to his sessions and has benefitted from his time here so much Thank you

Parents come from all over the country and parts of the world to take their children for evaluation and treatmentThe minute you call and talk to an intake specialist you know you made the right decision to contact KKI. The time they take to answer all questions and explain services is extensive. The facility itself is one of the nicest I seen. Outside they have a therapeutic garden and inside everything imaginable to make this a healing environment for children. If you ever become in the position to take your child there you got people and Dr.s who care They get to know you and your family and do everything they can to help. Parent counseling and support is a big part of service. They also work closely with Johns Hopkins Hospital which can help tremendous in some cases.

Nobody answers the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes without someone answering even to say please hold. Im calling during normal business hours to schedule a very important appointment and its practically impossible. Hire more operators or shut it down.
