Good luck getting an appointment if your child is a new patient. They do not return phone calls no matter how many voicemails you leave. You can miss their call by LITERALLY two minutes call the number they leave right back and no one will answer. They call unknown too if youre lucky to get a call back two weeks later so you have no idea if its them until they leave a message. Weve tried having my sons pediatrician get in touch calling basically any number we could find all to no avail. After 2 years of being on a wait list and trying to get in touch with people to make an appointment for my 5 year old autistic son I am still unable to get a straight answer or get a call back in a timely manner after leaving a voicemail. My son isnt receiving services he needs because we are being given the runaround and ignored. This should be illegal. We were told KKI was the best what a joke.

Provider stood us up with no communication - I had to call two different numbers to find out a half hour after our appointment start time that it wouldnt be happening.

Overall this place is great They were able to get our son diagnosed with autism in a timely manner once we made the top of the list took over 12 months. The specialists involved in his diagnoses were very friendly and well-informed especially Dr. Tiffany Lin. From there on out okay service. We took our son to the feeding clinic and it was not what I expected. First they put us in a typical doctors office which was fine. But once the specialists started pouring in it became too much for my son. Five specialists in a doctors office all staring at him. He ended up having a breakdown which baffled the doctor examining him. Dude you work with children with disabilities. How did you not see this coming They eventually concluded that while he was growing at a great rate and had a better palette than most kids they see they still suggested enrolling him into their 8 week in-patient program. 8 weeks of sleeping in a hospital setting only one parent and no siblings. Plus hed be pulled out of school. That was their only option. No weekly visits or anything. Theyre reasoning...because we had the Cadillac of insurances. Then once that was suggested four of the five left the room leaving their closer behind. It started becoming more of a sales pitch than anything. We eventually turned them down. Our son is thriving in school and is eating more nutritional food....at home without the stress of a roommate oh yeah hed have one of those as well. I could only give whole stars otherwise Id lean more towards 3.5. I will praise the management of getting into the parking garage and to the appointments. Everyone was well organized. Super organized. We loved that But we probably wont be back mostly due to distance. We decided to try more local doctors to help our son out.

Took a year to get an appointment with someone who was supposedly the best neurologist for my condition in the entire country. Never even got to actually see the doctor herself- she was on an iPad on a stand with wheels KKI told me specifically that they wanted me to come in person but the doctor got to attend from her office via zoom call. Within 10 minutes she accused me of faking my condition which I had already been diagnosed with for 6 years and sent me home. After talking to her other former patients I discovered she does this quite often. Absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

My son has Potts disease and he had a 30 minute tele -visit . I was appalled when I got the bill. They charged 135 for the doctor which is fine but 570 dollars for the facility charge. He never went in the building. How can they charge that high of a fee for the facility Totally outrageous

Very unorganized and it feels like each clinic is in a different building. Speech therapist Mary did not fulfill what she promised for my child and it felt like we barely scratched the surface on what we could have done to see more improvements. Appointments are always scattered and there is barely any attempts to try stacking appointments in the same day especially if you live far to make it convenient for the patient. It took over a year and a half to get haphazard service and getting calls for appointments that our current insurance wont even cover. A waste.

Parents and guardians please be heavily involved in your childs care while here. After six days I removed my son from this facility. I later read that he was given medications without my consent that I specifically objected to and used physical restraint methods on his despite him having no prior history of a need for it. He came here for physical therapy not behavioral needs but left traumatized.I was threatened with legal action because I got so paranoid that I started taking photos of his meals and room conditions. However if they want to sue me go for it. They treat these kids in the hospital who dont have parents to support them like animals. They as a result didnt know how to handle a parent who will be heavily involved in their childs care.
