Dr Hirani and her staff are a blessing in my familys lives. My son was sickly not eating very thin major foodchemical sensitivities little to no speech and low muscle tone. After running extensive testing Dr Hirani gave us a medical plan to follow. Within days I witnessed my child gain strength focus and his overall health improved. Hes has been with this clinic for about 5 yrs and I give credit to the doctor and nurse Toby for saving my childs life. I searched LA for months to find a practitioner that performs neural therapy. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Hirani a holistic and functional medicine physician in Culver City. I have had 4 neural therapy sessions with her and the changes in me are substantial I feel like a fog has lifted I wake up early now and am wide awake instead of lying in bed until the absolute last minute. I am not a lover of exercise but found the energy to work out in the afternoon which I have never done before I have way more energy now and my scars have practically disappeared.Dr. Hirani also performs the Frankenhauser injections which is rare and these injections are so necessary for everyone but especially for woman who have had kids or menopause. We have been seeing Dr.Hirani for almost 2 years and we are happy we find her to help us with our sons ASD.Since coming to Dr. Hirani we saw improvement in his behavior better sleep and more speech.We did a lot of treatments but we saw improvement with every single one.We are thankful that Dr. Hirani is our doctor and we hope she will help us in our journey to recovery.Office stuff is very nice and nurse Toby is doing amazing job with all the blood drawing and all the IV that we have to do for our treatments.Thank you all for helping us though this journey

Dr Hirani and her staff are the best. You will yet cutting edge treatments here that you wont get anywhere else. She treated my covid and I got over it in 7 days when most people have it for weeks if not months My dr at UCLA offered to do nothing for me and then Dr Hirani sweeped in and saved the day. Shes a genius and has helped my mom who had hip problems walk so much better and just boost her overall health I would consider her care and regimes life changing. Cant say enough great things

I had an ongoing back issue with me suffering sever injuries to my spine due to a car accident years ago. Karima Hirani MD and her medical staff gave me an world class level of care. She used proper medical tools technology and prescribe just the right over the counter prescription drugs to treat my skin as well that was infected with a fungus. As a young Man I never really liked the doctor visits due to poor care and a lack of empathy. For many of my experiences it was cold and robotic. With Karima it was warm and you felt like you was at home with your Mother and Family. They was extremely professional quick and attentive to detail. Dr. Hirani also has an application and website I can use to make future visit and scheduling appointments at ease. I love it there and excited to go back. Dr. Hirani is also a social activist and does great work with feeding the homeless and people in need as the lead organizer at ICSC Food Pantry where she maintains that same level of care. How she does it I dont know. I would call her Wonder Women but for me she was a major Blessing. Thank you Dr. Karima Hirani I dont know how my back would feel and skin would look with out you. When I first came to Dr Hiranis office I was a little skeptical and was in so much pain that I could barely walk. I was having sickle cell attacks every few months and was in really bad shape. I was diagnosed with many things and had zero energy to do anything. Dr Hirani put together a new treatment plan for me and immediately I started seeing results. Its only been a few months since I started going for treatment but Ive noticed significant improvements in my mood Im also more energized and I havent had a single sickle cell crisis or hospitalized. I walk much better now and most of all my pain level went down tremendously. The robust treatment plan she put together for me gave me the hope I needed to wake up everyday and look forward to having a great day. Dr Hirani is definitely a life saver and I would highly recommend visiting her clinic. Shes so passionate about what she does understanding patient kind and most of all cares about the well being of her patients. The staff checks on me after every treatment so see how Im feeling the next day and they make sure theyre reachable in case of anything. The office is so clean and cozy the nurses are so gentle and caring. They truly care about each patients success.

Dr. Hirani is amazing. Her passion is to heal people. It is her calling in life. I have never had a doctor try so hard to heal me and take away my pain from various different health issues. She never gave up and her positive attitude is so infectious. You will never find another doctor that is more dedicated to healing you and figuring out the exact treatment your body needs. She will use her expertise to find the root cause of your issues. And her staff is incredible. Kind caring attentive sweet. They share the same passions as Dr. Hirani.

Dr. Hirani has been a blessing for our family. She has been our DAN now MAPS doctor for our son since his autism diagnosis at age 2 when he was lost in his own world spoke no words and was covered in eczema. He suffered from allergies and GI issues and took hours to fall asleep every night. I remember the first night of his life that he fell asleep without jumping around for hours was the night after our first visit to Dr. Hirani. Simple supplements made such a big difference And that was even before our lab work helped us fine tune his supplements and biomedical therapies. Our biomedical journey has not been easy though sleep was revolutionary and its been expensive but its been worth every effort and dollar spent.
