Dr. Meiner wad very professional and informative. He explained and answered any questions I had concerning my twin grandbabies.

I had just recently moved to Louisville from Cincinnati. My childrens previous pediatrician had recommended Dr. Meiners for my family because they are friends. The lady that answered the phone was soooooo rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I did not even move further with wanting to make an appointment. The pediatrician office that we came from was always nice and respectful to all people and I dont care to go backwards. Its unfortunate because I doubt the doctor would want his referred clients treated the way that I was.... now Im on the search for another pediatrician and would much rather drive back to Cincinnati then to be treated like that Very bad customer service. Also may I add when I told the lady on the phone that I didnt want to make an appointment anymore it was like that was what she wanted she did not care one bit that she had turned a patient away Very sad

The grandkids all love Dr.Joe as they call him always has a smile and very concerned as to what the problem is.Been going there for at least 10 years or more.

We ALWAYS see Dr. Meiners and love him Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr Meiners is awesome I wouldnt trust any other practice with my children Always so nice and professional Highly recommend
