The Center for Human Development (CHD) is committed to using a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach for diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders in children and adolescents, such as: autism spectrum disorders attention deficit disorders developmental delays dyslexia intellectual disability other learning disabilities Parents, teachers, school administrators, doctors and others can refer children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Each patient is evaluated by a team of experts that may include specialists in developmental-behavioral pediatrics, psychology, and speech pathology. Detailed reports of evaluations are shared with families and provide a blueprint for intervention strategies.
