Inbloom Autism Services - Jacksonville

My son has been going to InBloom for a little over a year now and weve had nothing but incredible service From the front desk staff to the team my son has been with. My family is forever grateful for all the hard work theyve put in to working with our kiddo we will be sad when its time for him to graduate the program Highly HIGHLY recommend InBloom to anyone looking for services

This place is a joke. My son was supposed to be next on the waiting list - that was a year ago. I have called monthly and its always one excuse or another. They just told me today it could be because he has Medicaid that they havent selected him to be next.Filing a report to Medicaid and your corporate office. You know who I am. If you want to rectify it call me and do so. Otherwise Ill keep my promises.

My son is 4 and has autism we have been with Inbloom for almost 2 years now and I have been able to see amazing changes in his behaviors importantly its great to see that he actually WANTs to go to therapy every morning

I love InBloom From day one. They have an amazing staff. At the begging for my daughter to start we had some issues due to short staff. However my daughter love her therapist Adriana and Erin. Adriana is amazing I love her attitude and how enthusiast she is with my daughter.

My son just started going here back in June and Ive seen such amazing improvement in his development. The staff is super friendly Definitely would recommend InBloom

My daughter has been with InBloom going on a year 11 months and it didnt take long for us to see exceptional progress. Things that I thought that I would never see my daughter do in any near future happened so rapidly and every day she continues to come home and show me more and more of what inBloom has taught her. The staff is absolutely amazing every single person there especially our team and Lydia. They show so much patience and understanding and they go above and beyond to show her love. I am so happy that we chose InBloom because they treat their friends kiddos like family and you can have peace of mind knowing that your child is not just a number to them. They actually care.

The young lady who my son was seeing was either late or not there most of the time. I was okay with it because they always had someone to fill in. But then I was told my sons services were being suspended due to them having to order doors. A few weeks later I was sent a text message saying that the doors couldnt fit in their cars so it was going to take longer. Didnt hear from them anymore. I have 2 kids on the spectrum and it was a complete waste of my time and my kids time going there. Now Ive had to go through the whole process of trying to find another provider for my kids. They should have just been honest about whatever was going on and given me the choose of finding another provider. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

InBloom has been one of the greatest things to happen for my daughter. Everybody that works in the Jacksonville location are very friendly attentive and caring I know without a doubt that my daughter is taken care of each time I leave them in her hands. The staff at InBloom always get just as excited as I do when my daughter reaches new milestones. This has been such a special experience.
