Huntington Learning Center - North Tampa

Our son had an amazing experience at this location. He worked with Lauren for EnglishLanguage ArtsWriting and with Daniel for Math. He loved working with both. We prepped for high school testing and our son improved his score significantly each time he tested. I highly recommend Huntington as they not only teach the material but also teach the kids how to effectively manage their time during the test and stay calm which may be the most important part of the process. Thank you to the staff and the leadership for showing a sincere interest in the kids.

The tutors are horrible. My sons math tutor went through the ENTIRE math book for ACT prep and my son didnt learn a thing. The tutor just keep telling him to memorize the formulas and this was their go to reason for my son not performing well on the practice tests. We spent many thousands of dollars. I am disgusted and extremely disappointed with this place. Do not waste your money here Theyre still after me to buy more lessons and spend more thousands of dollars. Beyond ridiculous

The quality of teaching and the skills they have taught my daughter has been amazing. She has definitely gotten her love for learning back.

Professionalism of the staff is off the charts. Linda Tabby Lauren and Danielle were all incredibly helpful. The aptitude of the tutors is unmatched. Mr. Michael Ms. Amy Mr. Solomon Ms. Shea and Mr. Lucas were all very good. And most importantly the tremendous growth that my son experienced over minimal hours of tutoring is shocking. The program is highly effective. Thank you Diane.

HORRIBLE DONT DO IT. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR INCONSISTANT HIGH TURNOVER DECEPTIVE PRICING TO GET YOU IN ZERO COMMUNICATION AND A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE THROUGOUT THE ENTIRE STAFF BEST I CAN TELL

We are prepping both of our children 1 for the HPST and 1 for ACT the kids often discuss their tutors and how funny and helpful they are. I definitely feel Huntington is filling in the gaps that the schools leave to help better equip my kids for their testing.

Literally everything about our experience has been exceptional. From thier tutors to their admin to the front office staff the Carrollwood office has been outstanding.

Our experience with Huntington has been fabulous. My daughter did her ACT prep there. I could never have imagined when we walked in the door at our first meeting after she took her first assessment test that she would have ended up with the score she did in the end. Her tutors were all wonderful and catered to her strengths and more importantly her weaknesses the staff was communicative accommodating and always assisted when we needed things to be flexible with my daughters busy high school schedule. Overall she raised her ACT composite score 8 total points and was able to achieve a perfect score on one section and one point from perfect on another section. I absolutely would not hesitate to use Huntington again for any educational or test prep needs. Highly recommend

Very nice and helpful. The ownermgr called after the first session to see how things went. That doesnt happen very often anymore Definitely helped my daughter complete her summer math packet. Fair prices. Was sent here by a friend so that means 2 happy parents with kids that understand their math

We were under time constraints for a placement test and they worked with my son to really help not just the subject areas but his test taking skills. I have highly recommended their test prep to family and friends.

May be great for tutoring however the school is a waste of money. They took children off of diploma tracks and on a certificate of completion instead. One...
