My first assessment with Brenda was great I thought I was finally getting the help I need. I was wrong. It has been downhill ever since at HBI. You see someone new EVERY SINGLE visit. No one answers the phone. No one knows whats going on. I cant get my meds that HBI prescribed I have had NOTHING but problems since I started. Brenda is great though.

The team and staff at this location have been professional in all aspects of the Healthcare system. Physcian Valentina and the staff at this location are very dedicated to their patients across the board. I highly recommend the Human Behavoir Institute in Las Vegas Nevada. The quality care I have received here is unlike any other. Positive environment. Positive attitude. Positive results.

I thought this place was going to be really awful based on some of the people hanging around but gotta say every single person working there is so nice and patient and helpful. The APRN I saw was the sweetest compassionate lady ever and I just cannot say enough nice things about them. Yes its like any state sponsored psych place but they help so many homeless and other struggling people its understandable why it seems a little rough. Im really glad I went against some of the reviews tried it out.

This group billed 1.5 years later directly to the patient instead of sending the remainder of the bill to the second insurance with the EOB. HBI currently using st Choice Medical billing however billing under another name Medical Group name could be more shady if not for the fact The representative for HBI billing threatened to call the medical director on me and refuse to see me because I refused to listen to the fraudulent claims that HBI is a gate keeper of all insurance benefits-WRONG. No only did their biller sound altered she threaten my well being tried to steal money from me by way of fraudulent billing al while trying to use what she believes is my mental health issues as a method of extortion.THE PROBLEM IS I was already abandoned back in 92023 when my clinician left the group.

Unorganized unprofessional Mismanaged rude and incompetent. Do not go here. The billingaccounting people always mess up my account and always add extra balances from other peoples accounts. They called me for my account for my son and then said they cant talk to me because they have someone else listed as my sons mother. This place is absolute trash.

If I could give HBI zero stars I would. My son went to PHP there in 2019. They screwed up his insurance billing. Now in 2023 because of their billing mistake I have to pay a collection agency 888 When I called the billing office last week 2023 to confirm they said my account was in archive status and they could not access any information. Stay FAR FAR away from their incompetence.

The doctor was sick and they advised that I could reschedule or see someone else rescheduled. They billing manager or lady that came to review my missed appointment wouldnt even hear me out and over talked me say a missed appointment is a missed appointment. The office is a mess but that matters just as much as the service. Jared and Brenda are amazing and thats the one star..

Im very disappointed I had 2 appointments with my kids one at 3pm and the other at 4pm when I finished the first one which only last 30 min we had to wait for the same psychologist which never let me know that he will be busy later and wont be able to be there for my second appointment so at 4pm the receptionist just let me know that they pushed my appointment at 5pm with another psychologist because thats how they wanted it without worrying about whether I was okay with it. what a lack of professionalism

As you can see theres a clear pattern to these negative reviews. They are all true. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. Its a nightmare trying to get an appointment. No one answers the phone or calls you back. You have to call and call over and over to get anyone to help. Theyre rude af condescending and cut you off while you try to explain what you need.Ive called all day after having to hound them for the telehealth link only for them to have me waiting an hour and the doc doesnt show. No one there is there for anything other than a paycheck.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of seeking help at HBI and I can confidently say it was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences of my life. It is my moral duty to share my experience with others to prevent them from falling victim to this disgraceful establishment.First and foremost it is clear that the staff at this clinic have absolutely no regard for their patients needs. During my time at HBI I found myself repeatedly interrupted and disregarded by the administrative staff. It was as if my concerns and mental health issues were nothing more than an inconvenience to them. They were not interested in listening or providing any semblance of empathy or understanding.But the worst part of my experience was their absurd policy of charging patients for no-shows even when the doctor was not available. On more than one occasion I arrived for my scheduled appointments only to be told that the doctor was unavailable. Instead of rescheduling the appointment or offering an alternative solution they charged me for a no-show fee. This blatant money-grabbing tactic is not only unethical but also deeply insensitive to the mental health of their patients.Moreover the overall atmosphere at HBI was far from conducive to healing. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable and the staff made no effort to create a welcoming and calming environment for individuals seeking help for their mental health concerns. Excluding main officeIn summary my experience at HBI was nothing short of a nightmare. Their complete disregard for patients needs unprofessionalism and unjust no-show charges make it abundantly clear that this clinic is more concerned with profits than with the well-being of those they claim to serve. I strongly urge anyone considering seeking mental health assistance to avoid HBI at all costs and find a clinic that truly cares about its patients welfare. Your mental health deserves better than this disgrace of a clinic.
