Dr Purcell is very knowledgeable professional warm and friendly.Shes very concerned with her patients health and shes always there for you. Dr Purcell treats and makes you feel like shes known you forever.Dr Purcell and her associate are two very kind people.

My mother is 89 and it was her first hearing aid. The whole experience from making an appointment to putting devices in her ears was absolutely perfect. Everyone was attentive patient and friendly.I am grateful.

The ladies in auditory help me with my hearing aids. They spent the time making sure I knew how to put them in and take care of them. Their personalities help ease the tension and made the visit very Pleasant.

I had to take my son for a hearing test and they were wonderful. The representative who I made the appointment with Brianna was so friendly and helpful. The doctor and assistant were great. I highly recommend them.

I work at the HASA gateway school for almost 7-8 months that is a horrible place to work the admin are very unprofessional and very Favoritism to the people they like. I was wrongfully fired because the principal and Assistant principal accused me of starting a rumor I didnt even have nothing to do with about two teacher having sexual intercourseIn the library. The girl that did in fact do it was going around the school telling her own rumor and she told me when I subbed in her class one day and when she was telling everything that happen another employee was in the room listen to everything she said and it eventually got back to the principal. I had to go out of work because I was getting bully from a lot of different employees about the situation because since it got back to the principal she need somebody to take the blame. Due to that I had a mental breakdown from all the bullying and I had to be hospitalized.I sent a email to the Assistant Principal that I still have stating everything that was going onAnd nothing was done. Once I came back from being in the hospital and after break I was at work for two weeks until I went on a week vacation that I put in way before I got sick and had to be hospitalized. Once I returned on Monday they let me work the whole work day and at the end of the day the principal is going to come to me and ask me to come to her office and she state to me thatSeveral staff member came to her and told her that I was starting the rumor which was very untrue. So in result they fired me off of what they heard from other people which is very insane and they didnt have any proof that I started it. I advices nobody to work at this horrible dysfunctional environment.

Ive been having ringing in my right ear. I couldnt get fit in for a hearing test at my ENTs office for 2 months so I looked elsewhere. I found HASA listed in my health insurance providers list. I was very happy with the whole experience. The front desk staff are super friendly helpfulthe one who schedules for audiology called me back immediately to book my appointmentfor the end of that same week yayand she greeted me just as nicely when I arrived. The audiologist was equally as nice and helpful and very professional. She was able to provide me with the test results right away and also with helpful information about my condition. Overall very pleased with my experience Excellent staff and a beautiful facility as well
