Vile and disturbing atmosphere I wouldnt even allow my dog to lick the floors in this establishment the only redeeming quality was the phenomenal top I found made from a knapsack

There is a woman here with long reddish hair with no name tag of course. Maybe late 30s. BEWARE OF HER. She was very unprofessional. She was on her phone the whole time making sure her kids got their food from their front porch from Doordash. Yes I heard the whole conversation Not to mention that she also did this to the person in front of me while she was ringing him up She stuffed all my clothes which I had a robe and some other bigger clothes in a little bag. And I mean stuffed. She shoved my receipt in there all crumbled up. Get off your phone and do your job You are a cashier and if you need to make sure your kids get their food... step aside and make a phone call I wouldnt have been bothered.

I will give this store credit their staff is very friendly and the selection is nicely organized. What I dont like about this location is the steep prices...

So this goodwill is separate from all the other Kentucky Goodwill stores. This store doesnt participate with the same color of the week as the other Kentucky stores. The fact this store had a yellow with scotch tape covering up the official color of the week . Now I understand why this store made over a million dollars in profit.

Prices are beyond ridiculous. They are so close to paying retail so why buy it used when for a few dollars more you can buy it brand new in the store. Also this store is selling FAKE designer bags for crazy amounts. Avoid this store they are price gauging

Terrible service from the black gentleman in the UK mask typical UK fan in 2023 stuffing my curtains in a tiny bag and telling me a simple no would suffice for not rounding up at a store based around selling donations so I said maybe next timeNever now lol

Love shopping here about once a month or so lots of really good cheap clothes and plates and cups you can find here.

Saturday line is 8 deep and 2nd cashier leaves. There are plenty of workers I see themJust total customer disrespect and stop Jonesing for extra money

Dont go here looking for deals on games collectibles game books. The prices are stupid high. Not even market value way above what you can buy on eBay. Seen a prima zelda guide imthat you get in eBay for 8-10 but nope goodwill had 19.99 on it. What a joke. Pretty much everything I looked at was higher then market. Very high for donated items.

EDITED REVIEW I bought a chair and told them the day i had arranged my movers to pick it up. When the movers and i came to pick it up GOODWILL SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE UNPROFFESSIONAL AND THEY DESPERATELY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. I AM VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTEDPretty decent selection of clothes. I wouldnt really come here for furniture or houseware. The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. You can find some great stuff and would recommend checking them out. Overall it was a good experience.
