One of the best orthodontic offices in chicago.Starting from Dr.Neil ending with the entire staff.Everyone is professional friendly and knowledgeable.This office is highly recommended.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We came here after having issues with a previous orthodontist and one bracket falling off continuously after a few days. It has been over a month and the bracket is still on. I will recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Ive been with Get It Straight Ortho for about 2 years now and things have been fine but today we went for a routine tightening and I heard Dr. Warshawsky yell at his assistant. My 10 year old daughter told me hes mean to his employees sometimes and that was disappointing to hear. Today I witnessed it for myself. It made me feel very uncomfortable because I was in the waiting room and heard very clearly what was said. That poor woman probably cant quit but no boss should treat their workers the way he did. I also feel bad for the patient sitting under his care because my daughter also said that when hes upset hes a little rougher in his handling of her mouth that makes me angry.

Reception and staff have been so friendly transparent with treatment and very accommodating on answering all my questions and going above beyond expectations. Looking forward to working with them Also shout out to Shelia for being an amazing asset to their team

We started ortho treatment for my son here but it has been impossible to schedule a follow up for 3 months. I have been emailing and calling often and get no reply or very limited offerings in far out suburbs. Its too bad because its so close for us but we will need to find another ortho.

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Niels office. Great staff and results. Only took about a year to fix my British teeth with the Brius system. Highly recommend them

I always wanted to get braces but I never prioritized it. As I worked on other dental procedures it seemed like the best time to kick off the journey and I am so glad to have found Dr. Neil for my orthodontic treatment. From the start he impressed me with his detailed explanations treatment options and genuine care. Thanks to his meticulous approach my once-open bite and gaps are now gone and I can talk without a lisp and have better tongue control and placement.Dr. Neils office has a warm welcoming atmosphere and his staffs friendliness makes every visit enjoyable. I will be dropping off some baked goods cause the team made my entire treatment journey enjoyable. This is my second time going to Dr.Neil and once again Im extremely happy with my results I had a tiny movement in my teeth after being out of braces for 7 years. Dr.Neil offered a quick treatment plan on how to get things back on track with my smile. I followed his instructions and my smile is whole again. I will continue to follow his instructions to avoid correction for a third time. Love him and his staff

I was originally going to a different orthodontist location with the hopes of closing a gap from a missing tooth. The missing tooth was causing my teeth to shift therefore making my smile crooked. I was told that closing the gap was not an option and that I would need an implant they also told me that the fact that my smile was crooked had nothing to do with my actual teeth. I failed to get a second opinion and still went with it even though it would be more expensive. After spending a little over a year with that orthodontist office I was feeling hopeless and frustrated. I was not seeing any improvement even after a year. During a visit at that orthodontist office I expressed my frustration to one of the assistants. I told her that I felt like every time I went for a follow up all they did was change the bands and send me home. She then told me that the regular dentist at that office speaks very highly of another orthodontist office. I spoke to the dentist and he said I cannot tell you to leave but if I needed braces I would go to Dr. Neil. Going to Dr. Neil was the best decision I could have made From the initial consultation I was able to tell that he knows what he is doing. He was able to tell me what I was originally working with what the other orthodontist office had done and what were my options without even looking at my records first which was really impressive. In all my visits he was very informative and would address my concerns. After nine months of working with him and his team my braces are finally off to make things better I didnt need an implant and my smile is now straight I am so happy that I got to meet him and his team. Even though I would regularly go to their Hyde Park location if that office was closed and I needed anything his other office locations were able to assist me. They are so personable and really get to know their patients. I absolutely love the service they provide They make you feel like a family member or a friend as oppose to ONE more patient. I highly recommend Dr Neil and his team
